First thanks to the great guys at performax labs for letting me log this I greatly appreciate it I haven't used a pwo since the old school jacked,no explode,Hyde etc so I have to apologize for the delay life has been hectic they switched my schedule at work so I have been waking up at 1:30 and getting home at 6 6 days a week so it took some time to adjust to that without falling asleep as sooon as I got home

Took my first dose today 30 mins pwo the orange is amazing and had absolutely no grit what so ever I really enjoyed it and took about 15 mins to feel that mood to freaking lift it was great so my neighbors daughter asked for me to teach her how to lift if she could come lift with me so I said yea I never turn down the opportunity to get someone new involved in the gym so I didn't really have a work out I had her gage what her max was on the bench so I did just some barbell work as I helped her

Just wanted to see how bad I fell of on a week without the weights but was surprised with putting up some good weight so far extremely impressed!
 
Day 2
Same dose 30 mins pwo carried some heavy a$$ duct today so back wasn't feeling it went with a simple leg workout

Might get ballsy and try squaring heavier weight to build up the quad for the turkey bowl we have lol last year my knee diclocated 30 mins in so I'm trying to surpass that this year haha

Was all pumped up went to bench and warm up with bar as usuall then my second set of warmup for 135x8 and on the 6th my piece of chit bench collapsed on me thank god it was only 135 and I was able to keep it from destroying my ribs so needless say workout was cut short lol gunna have to try to ghetto rig it some how tomorrow with some metal fml lol

Didn't lift any weights decided to try running for the first time in Christ knows lol ran 3 miles in 22:34 and was done called it a day legs feel like jello haha but the power max defiantly put me in the zone!!!!! Loving this stuff

Jealous of the run bro. It amazes me that racquetball is ok, but straight line running kills my knees
 
Somehow I have missed this...nice job so far. Sorry about the janky bench...at least you didn't dire......LOL

That's awesome!

On a side note, I would like for you guys to also enter (if we do one) in the VasoMax logging opportunity that we might have coming up soon. Interested to see how you guys compare the two separately as well as stacking them.
