Thought I was up early enough this morning to be the 1st one at the gym. Pulled in at 3:45 & there were already two older guys there!! I'm kinda weird I guess, but I like having the place to myself that early. Lol.
Went in & tore up a back & triceps workout. Had great drive & focus, despite feeling a little tired still. These 3am mornings really bring the suck after a while..
Had a solid pump and great strength throughout.
Finished my morning with weighted dips and that really blew my tri's up!!

Shoulder day today!! I actually decided to try one of my preworkouts today! Haven't had that kind of energy and focus since July!! Haven't done db military presses in probably 2 months because of the tendinitis. Tried it this morning and kicked ass!! Db military presses up to 65 lbs!! Can you say P-friggin-R??!!
I hit traps at the end. Absolutely demolished them with 5 solid sets!!

The workouts continue to improve!! Got off shift yesterdaymorning and hit legs. Worked my way up to 315 on the squats!! Not in the smith machine either. Felt great! Lower back was the limiting factor, otherwise, I could have gone heavier. I haven't done 315 in about 20 years when I was in the Marine's!! Front quads are showing good shape and the veins are coming out nicely.
This morning, I decided to try working the biceps. Initially, the tendinitis was flaring up, but eventually I was able to work through it and get a SOLID bi/tri workout in. Again, the pump and vascularity was incredible.
I haven't worked biceps in a long time. Already looking flatter and less peak..

Never before have I even considered doing shrugs with 100lb db's. Never!! Today, I didn't just do it once for 10 reps, I did it twice!! WTF!!??
The whole workout was great, but those 100's were the icing on the cake!!

Took the day off today. When I take the day off from the gym, it's because I just have way too much other stuff to get done. With all the overtime last week, I'm playing catch up. Thus far, I've probably only sat down for roughly 39 minutes.Gonna sleep good tonight. Chest tomorrow morning.

Like I said, since I went ahead and bought another bottle, I’m going to keep this log going & see what I can accomplish!

So far, I’m in love with this stuff..* I’ve barely changed my diet at all and I’ve leaned out a little around the waist.* My lifts are slowly going up, and the libido is elevated as well!* There have been zero negative side effects thus far.* I’ve been running 2 preworkout, 1 later in the day, and 1 before bed.* The only downfall is how quickly the bottle goes empty.* The benefits far outweigh that though.

Today was an off day just because I didn’t feel like getting up @ 3am again.* Yesterday??* Yeah, yesterday I messed around in the gym & tossed the 100’s around on flat bench!!* Friggin A!!* I started with incline.* I think if I would’ve started off on flat, I could’ve done even more!* I got 2 sets.* First was 8 reps, the 2nd was only 4.* After that, I decided to drop down to the 80’s to get more reps..* I laid back w/ the db’s & had to drop them to the ground..* My tendonitis prevented me from even getting them off my body..* No problem.* I went to the squat rack & did 185 for 3 sets.* I was soaked in sweat, breathing heavy, and SWOLE!!! *Feeling great today that’s for sure!!

My strength is actually quite a bit higher than I would have expected, seeins how I haven't been working arms regularly. I'm not complaining!!

Took the last 2 days off, hanging out at father in law's camp. Back in the squat rack tomorrow!!

Hunting camp. They have a little over 1,300 acres in Natchez, MS. Very target rich environment.

Lol, my wife says I'm a total dick when I don't get in the gym enough.You bass turd! My boss is talking about being really busy this winter when I take off to go hunting and thinking that I might not be able to. I plan on taking some time off anyways. I'm also trying to start up my own business and have jobs to do on the side that will also keep me busier than normal. Yesterday was the first day in 3 weeks where I didn't do one lick of work. It's really been killing me not taking the time for the gym. I told my wife yesterday that I NEEDED to get back in the weight room and lift on a regular basis just to keep my aggression from getting too high. She agreed and said that she had noticed the difference. Lol!
