I don't agree. After many years of ARA use, dosing on off days and reducing what you take on workout days proves counter productive to the cycle's overall results. Sweet spot for me is 3-4 workouts at 6 caps. But we are all different.
I never really implied to take less on workout days. I meant to take whatever dose you like on workout days, then 1g at least once during the week (assuming you workout 1/2/3 times a week, and not 4/5/6/7 times a week) to maintain saturation. This is the advice I got back when ArA was huge on these forums. But of course, do whatever works for you

Why the f... would you use ArA with anabolic Steroids?
1. ArA is an natural muscle builder and using natural muscle builders with steroids is just stupid and totaly waste of money.
2. On cycle, Omega3 would be your best friend and not ArA.

My plan is to run ARA+Alphamax until Mid January and gain as much size as possible (if a little fat comes, so be it. Surplus of only 400-500 cals so shouldn't be to bad) And then either run a PH cycle or Var+test come march leading into a harder / fuller physique come the end of spring
Do opposite! Run Ph cycle and while on PCT you can add ArA+alphamax or even Anabeta .

I would not say its unhealthy as long you are a healthy person. Try to take it everyday for 8 weeks.

Should I start with 1g and see how it goes? Or just hit 1.5 minimum and go from there
I had to go high as well. 2g was good. 2.5g was better but gave me lethargy
Also. I have an issue with my psoas. It flares up a bit every once in a while and is just super stiff and sore. I'm assuming ARA is going to aggravate any type of inflammatory injury?
It would definitely worse your psoriasis. ArA which is polyunsaturated omega6 fatty acid would worse it, while GLA which is also an omega6 fatty acid would actually help you
Sorry it's not psoriasis as in the skin disorder. It's a psoas injury (hip flexor leading to the spine). It's an inflammation due to a sprain from months ago.
If you never have done ArA before, 1-1.5 to begin with would be ok.
I would start at 1.5 g as that is what MN recommends based on their last study (still unpublished I believe).

It used to be way more expensive before SNS released x-gels and gave MN some competition.
SNS was no cheaper than MN when it came out. I personally found MN could be found at a better price. Anyhow, MN has 2 x 100 ARA plus a Test Factor for 79 at nutri verse and has so for months now.
We were cheaper than MN when we released it.
X Factor Advanced is not the same as X Gels, so if you were comparing those prices they aren't the same.
When MN was making the 200ct X Factor (not XFA) the pricing was similar but every time I've looked since MN is usually more expensive.
If you're able to find ARA via MN X Factor cheaper than X Gels that's great and I would get it but I've never been a fan of XFA
The price (79) is for X-Factor not X Factor Advanced. And it includes a bottle of Test Factor.
