6 Week Fat Loss Challenge

Well, I just waited around for a lot of massive sales to the point where everything was 40-50% off. It's been a long time to build up the stash since I don't really like/approve of most supplements enough to buy them full price. Although Invictus at full price is worth it.
 
Haha, I must resist. I usually save my "novel supplements" these days for when I reach a sticking point. I haven't even popped Caffeine pills yet! My cut is actually going to be 5 months, but I will be hanging around this thread for the 8 weeks.
By the way... My life is a "sticking point" :D

I was the fat guy from the age of 9 til about 26 or so. I'm a fan of throwing everything in... Kitchen sink, included. :) Anything advertised to get "more", "better", etc is for me.

I can see the appeal. I used to do that too cause honestly, if you stack 200$ worth of stuff, you will stay on track. Haha.

I usually get down to 12% during basketball season effortlessly. Never bothered going lower cause I never trained/cared for aesthetics. Been hovering at 15% for awhile since I haven't been involved in a casual bball league (and having a foodie gf). For a short time though, I did balloon to what might have been 16-18% cause my diet and training were garbage.
 
Now that we're talking about supppppssss what's everyone running right now to aid in the weight loss?

Sooner or later the baddest truck on the road has to stop for fuel. Im sire with the work youve put in on an empty tank, you just needed a pit stop. I guarantee you feel better and will be able to get right back on the road to bada$$ery

Love the analogy man and thank you. Just for you I ran 7.5 miles this afternoon on the treadmill, which took 90 minutes. Then I went back a few hours later and did 30 more minutes on the elliptical. My diet today is up to about 650 calories and I should finish around 830 cals and burned about 3300.

Yep. I apply when I take my PWO so it has 2 hours to soak in before I shower after my workout.

I also apply it right before bed.

Good stuff. Everyone in this thread should be rocking it!

I agree with this 100%. This is how I am using it, and it definitely helps.

In theory, I believe the longer you use it, the better it works, like Brite.

I agree with this 100%. This is how I am using it, and it definitely helps.

In theory, I believe the longer you use it, the better it works, like Brite.

Im jealous of his running. Im at a loss right now anyway. On top of the crushed finger, I woke up this morning with a high amount of water on my left knee again. I usually just let it go away, but may get it drawn out this time. We'll see how it goes over the weekend. Im sure its coming from the ridiculous amount of racquetball Ive been playing. Got on the scale this morning and weight is up. WTF? My diet has been good, and like I said, the racquetball has increased. I dont feel "fatter" if anything Its the opposite, but I just dont see muscle being built that fast so Im at a loss. I will be adding in a fat burner in a few days, maybe thatll help.
 
FireTitan, How many protein shakes do you drink a day?

2-3. My breakfast usually consists of 8oz of plain greek yogurt, a scoop of vanilla whey, tbsp of PB2 and a splash of almond milk. A shake after my workout and one before bed. Usually mix them with Almond milk. Vanilla unsweetened because of the low(35) calories.

Brother. Keep up the work. This is soooo mental. You diet and the scale doesn't show it and it makes you wonder. If you keep at it, suddenly one day it just falls off suddenly and you are on a wave until it stops again and you have to fight it out all over.

Sorry about your injuries. Hope they heal fast brother.
 
Since I started drinking my protein shake at 4 scopes a day.. My weight has went from 220 to 226. So Tuesday I drop the protein shake. I will weigh myself Saturday to see the difference.

Im going to keep getting it! The injuries are temporary, and Ill overcome them as I have for years. Just frustrating to see the weight increase when I want it to go down. Ill figure it out

Back / Shoulders today. Upped calories and boom. Up to 207 from 205.5. (Still down 10 and losing fat)

Going to be keeping calories here until end of PCT in 7 days.

Hopefully introducing some Hi Tech then and burning some fat for my next six to eight weeks on cut.

The exotherm is a joy to use. Thanks to brundle and @blr for making such great sups! Like this; FD2; Letrone; Virgin; Prolactrone and Incinderine!

I see that 190 sub 15% as achievable! I will be 6 weeks into it by the time I get back home to Chicago for a few days to visit family and watch my new baby niece baptized.

Then home for the two week stretch. Planning what comes after that is gonna be fun. Ideas? Not to derail. ;)

Not sure cause I've never done it before. The plan is to do a 1000 cal deficit for 8 weeks, do a full diet break Lyle Mcdonald style for 2 more weeks (bump up calories to 10% under maintenance mostly through increasing carbs), then continue on with a deficit for the rest of the duration. I was also considering switching to UD2.0 after I do my full diet break.

I definitely want to but I'm saving it after my full diet break (after the 8 weeks of cutting here). I love trying Matt's new stuff.

So today. I doubled up on the pre and caffeine and drove my workout hard.

HOLY CRAP. I am very stim tolerant... But AlphaBurn just kicked my butt. This stuff is no joke! Took one when I woke up on empty stomach... In a half hour, I started getting chills. It's been about an hour and still going on!

Decided to push my workout up and use this in place of my BronkAid today because I'm a bit scared to stack both! :)
 
Weight this morning was 184. Short day at work, then Dr appointment, haircut, gym and pack for San Diego. Probably won't see a gym until next Friday when I get back. No promises on excercise and diet, and I won't even feel bad about what I eat while out there! Haven't seen my Daughter and grand daughter since January, so really looking forward to it. Will pick it up again next week

Carbon wrapped arrow with auto opening broadhead that make a 1 1/2" cut upon impact. I have a few rubs on my property , but thats it. Still 65-75 degrees. About 2 weeks or so and they'll start showing up. Have a great time on your trip brother, you deserve it

Yeah, so, Yohimbine REALLY messes with me. It gives me chills and sweats and shakes, and I feel like crap. Plus, it gives me insane insomnia. First time I ever took Yohimbine was in college around 2000, I got a bottle of Yohimbine Fuel from Twinlab and stacked it with an ECA burner not knowing any better. I took my first dose around 3 PM because that's when I got the bottle. It was also the last dose I took out of the bottle. Each pill had 18 mg of yohimbine and I was up for 2 days, literally, couldn't even get to sleep the next night. I will just lay in bed staring at the ceiling. It kills me. But Alphaburn, especially after building a little tolerance, has none of these negative effects. It does stimulate me and I avoid it after 4-5 PM, but it's great in the morning for waking up.

This photo reminds me so much of a place that I found with my gf about a month ago and we like to go for walks. It's great just walking through the woods and finding new areas. I didn't used to like it when I was younger, but it's starting to grow on me.

Yohimbe make me feel cooler but no bad reaction. I'm considering it's being coupled with an epinephrine type of stim.

As the per examine.com when looking up ECA or Yohimbe.

That's why I will start with one cap for a week at lunch and evaluate from there. I just finished a bottle of Yohimbe. Not bad really.

I've never been affected by stims so it was a really off-putting feeling. I know I handle yohimbine just fine as RagNOrok and Jack3d are two of my favorite stim PWOs and I've never felt bad with those. So it's either that I'm actually reacting poorly to a-y which would be weird since it's supposed to have less sides than regular yohimbine... Or the dosage at 8mg. Matt recently reformulated to 3mg, so I might have to step down to the baby dosage.

I was sweating a ton the first half of my workout, then it felt like not at all the second half. Freaky. Maybe thats when the a-y wore off.

Might try dosing PWO with BronkAid or just with some food and see what happens. Not sure yet...

I have actually heard of people doing that. I went to years thinking you could not even P close to your stand, now I know that is not true. I've been in a stand pissing when I dear walks out, decisions decisions at that point
