Get a monitor and check BP regularly. 15-30 bucks at big box pharmacy or chain stores. Most likely your BP is spiking. Also make sure you are consuming plenty of water and reduce sodium intake. 1.5 gal water daily should suffice.

What about us guys with 20 inch arms?! I've been looking for a BP cuff forever. Only seen them on ebay and amazon and can't bring myself to order it.

I've got big arms too;). I got an electronic cuff that goes on your wrist for about 25 bucks at Wally World.

Extra large cuff will fit, my arms are 19.5 and it's gtg for me. A bicep cuff is much more accurate than a wrist cuff fyi. Got my monitor with the xl cuff off amazon for about 50$

I mean does it matter if they are standardized or not? All your making sure is that your BP doesn't spike so if your accurately reading some amount we will call X, and one day you read x+20or 30 then you know you've got a problem. They don't have to be accurate, just consistent.

I am just having no luck on this me and my family have come down with gastroenteritis can't keep food or water down think one of the children brought it back from school. But hopefully it will only last 48 hours so I can start taking it again

A wrist monitor is super inaccurate, an inch over or under your heart will change the reading substantially. Kinda hard to get consistent readings like that.

They've actually gotten more accurate with the technology. Mine tells me when my arm is level with my heart before it begins reading. It also saves past readings and can show you're average BP reading. I've compared it to the manual cuff and electronic arm cuff and results were within 1-2 points. One time, I used mine at home then went to my physical an hour later and the systolic reading was only off by 1 point from the doctor's cuff reading. I agree that accuracy goes to the manual cuff but for ease and convenience of noticing a BP spike, it works reliably. I think it's important to get one that detects the level of you arm/cuff in relation to your heart. I can guarantee it's more accurate than store machines with cuffs for the average size arm which is the only way some guys ever seem to check on their own. Lol.

Unrelated to the BP but how do you all like MSten? My buddy is going to start it soon. I recommended DMZ but he went with MSten. Seems to be great for strength from all the info I've read

Strength and mass gains are good on it but it's very toxic. 20mg for 4 weeks is about as much as you want to take

Alright well that's what he's looking for- strength and size. The guy who "sold" him on it was like no man you don't need cycle support! Thank god he has me to tell him otherwise. I read it was referred to as a baby superdrol so I told him to def take cycle support. Would you recommend more than Ar1micare?

I see different dosage recommendations. I think we was planning on 10/10/20/20. Is that about right? There are a ton of different dosages out there
Thanks for the info guys
