Hey guys.
Going to the gym 4 days a week
Following Louis Simons WSFSB. Not feeling the pump very easily. I've increased reps and volume. Tried different exercises. Nothing seems to help
Macros daily =
Carb: 400
Fat: 85
Prot: 200
Bringing me to 3000 Cals, about a 300 surplus from my TDEE
My ROM is perfect. Tempo is great.
Stats
5'11
200lb
Squat: 385
Deadlift: 480
Bench: 220 (recent shoulder injury, pump has been an issue since before it happened)
Strict standing overhead press: 170 (shoulder injury)
Can anyone recommend a stim free supplement that may help? If I do get a pump it maybe lasts a minute and then it will diminish
Currently taking Alphamax xt, creapure, BCAA
