NutraPlanet Labor Day Sale

Received my order today (quick ship as I ordered on Monday night) BUT AGAIN (this is the third order in a row over the last 9mo) I received the wrong products... Got 0 of the 6 fish oils I ordered and instead got the green tea caps (which I have no use for) and no comment or anything that the fish oil is out of stock or to be shipped later or anything.

$235+ order and again it's wrong. And now I'll for sure be out of town for two weeks while the fish oil sits on my front porch in 100+ degree heat.

Every time I've ordered since the change its been wrong. This is the final straw. No amount of free crap is worth wasting my time and money again. Sorry NP but your promises have been nothing but empty and this was the last straw.

Fishoil has already been sent out (yesterday) you can keep the green tea (Even though you have no use for it) that was our mix up so they are yours.
So your replacement is on the way for our mistake

Sorry i did not get notifications for this thread, or else i would of responded yesterday in your original post. This was an issue with a few other orders(5 in total) due to high demand and going through tons of orders for the labor day sale.
 
We had these two combos on the site and looks like our packer messed up 4 orders which we noticed and shipped out fish oil on friday. This will be delivered on tue.

The issue was resolved as fast as we got communication that there was an error. Which as someone who tries to assist with customer service is doing all we could to ensure you got what you ordered. While you have had some bad experiences we are truly sorry about the error as it happened to 4 other orders as well. Unfortunately you travel a lot more away from home then most, but it was sent ASAP and will be there tuesday.
 
That isn't their problem...they took care of your issue swiftly.

The problem is there is an issue to take care of with every order. There shouldn't be. So yes, this is MY problem, but remains THEIR fault. I did my part in ordering on time, paying, etc. in return, I expect the service I paid for to be provided.

Mistakes happen. They could have asked to ship back the product you got on accident, but they are letting you keep it. Ask a neighbor, friend, family member, etc to pick up the package for you.
 
The Solution, NutraPlanet15, any chance I can get some help getting my code to show up on emails? Have items in cart and get emails to use my discount code, but no code! Kind of big order, or else I wouldn't even care about the code, but waiting to pull the trigger if I can get some help.

Mine was the opposite lol...had the code but kept saying it didn't exist, gave up.

Thanks man I really appreciate it. Little savings add up and while I don't necessarily need these things to survive, they make my fitness that much better and more effective. Especially since I'm always pressed for time and don't have as much as I'd like in the gym.
 
I finally received my order. The delivery time isn't the problem as I knew international would take time but the contents piss me off:

1 bottle of melatonin caps missing
I ordered 2x 20g Pregnenolone powder but got 4x 120caps. I see now that you changed (after my order) the type you sell from powder to caps. But I got no information from you on this. Althought you sent goods of the same value, that means I got a little more than half the weight of Pregnenolone that I ordered.
I ordered SNS agmatine powder 50g (BOGOF) but got 2 bottles of 180 caps agmatine. If the powder version was gone then I can understand that. NP shipped me a more expensive option and I only lost 10g.

Still the Pregnenolone case majorly pisses me off. I only get like half and there was no communication about that.
I have another order still to come that I ordered 2 weeks later. Should I expect more surprises?

I don't have a problem with the shipping time, I chose the cheapest option and knew it would take time.
But the contents is the problem. I've ordered from NP before and didn't have any problems but this time I got angry. Believe me, I had to wait before writing the post as what I wanted to write could get me banned.

Most likely the product you wanted sold out. (powder) the amount of sales and packages were sky high. And this was the only option for replacement . Let me see what HQ can say as soon as they get back to me seeing it is the weekend

I know with a few other items, they sold out in hours, on day 1 much of our biggest sales and discounted products were gone. Yet in the end you did make out with more servings (in the caps). But I will get a 100% answer as to what happened and follow up with you.

I used to order stuff on nutraplanet. Heard about the changes and growing pains associated with said changes. Looks like you guys are back on track. With The Solution involved, I think I need to start considering nutraplanet again. Good work by you guys!

I know myself I will prbably buy enough stuff to last me a year (fishoil, multi, vitamin D, enzymes, probiotic etc..) should help save on multiple smaller orders.

150% without a doubt- things happen and no matter what it is, a customer doesnt want to hear it. NP took a lot of shots over the past few months, but IMHO bounced back proving they stick to their word. Offering samples to members here and The Solution jumping in after orders were placed, that makes a difference.

I have said this numerous times, in this day and age, customer service is where its at.
