Thinking this is the cycle for me RECOMP?

I picked up some Tri Andro and Erosion also OCT
All from Primeval labs
Also thinking about running T3 and Clen from a RC
To help get rid of fat alil quicker

Ok alil ok me I'm age 36 6'3 295 right at 21% bf
I wanting to get down to 15%bf and 275-280 so I guess I'm recomp. Is there anything else my new AM fam can help me with an suggestion
 
The T3 will eliminate any potential muscle gain, Tri Andro is underdosed, Erosion is a waste and not suitable for PCT you will need a serm (Clomid or Nolva) I would suggest trying to get ahold of some 1 andro or epistane. Not positive about the clen in combo with the PH though. I would also suggest a cycle support such as Arm1care Pro or Blockade while taking pro hormones.
 
At the very least, get another bottle of Tri-Andro and run 3 caps a day for 60 days. Or 4 a day for 45.

But you do need a SERM regardless of what you decide to do.

And I'm taking the erosion out also I added that to the stack bc it helps with the AI

It sucks at controlling estrogen (armistane) the only real AI's are exemestane and arimidex and they are not otc
 
Clen, sure but monitor your BP every day. T3, hell no. Do you know how to run clen properly?

Not sure what you think clen is going to shut down bro but you need to look into the proper way to run clen. It's not a hormone so not going to effect hormone levels. Google clenbuterol 2 weeks on 2 weeks off protocol
 
For a recomp, I suggest Epi-Andro at at least 500mg a day and 1-Andro at at least 330mg a day. I dunno about the clen. You could throw in 11-KT at 125-250mg a day
 
You could also try knowing your tdee and eating in a caloric deficit, heard that works pretty good too...
 
Yes I know about 2 weeks on n 2 off I just was told awhile back that I can take it every other day that's all and again I'm just getting back into this world
 
Hey are u talking Epiandro Max? Bc the tri andro has 150mg so at 3 -4 doses a day will give me 450 if I dose 4 times will put me at 600
So epi 150mg 3x 450 4x 600
1- andro 75mg 3x will put me at 225 dosing 4x 300mg
Same with the 4-andro
