Nice! Me too. Ill have them up Friday, probably a picture cooking and then completed. I texted the guys on shift to see of they wanted them Friday, and they all immediately started cussing and asking what they need to buy, theyd take care of it all if Id just "cook the damn things". At least I got the burgers working in my favor!

I dont know about that. I try and help. Like my Captain, he was the epitome of sandbagger, and it took me about 7 months to break him of that. I just need to work on his motivation. Maybe thats where Im losing them at. I naturally excited about what they have to work up for

Yea that is very true I've learned older guys are a lot harder to get in the gym

Wow. That was so unexpected from you. My feelings should probably be hurt, but I havent dosed my Geritol this morning, so I cant feel anything yet. Plus, my arthritis is just to overpowering.

The meat has A-1, egg, drained and diced jalapeños, and the best part, crushed Tabasco Hot and spicy cheezits topped off with jalapeño cheddar cheese, on a potato bun with a side of Baked beans mixed with chow chow and cinnamon. I thought I saw Cheezits lol.

Typically these are done with ground deer, which is so lean they wont stick together. So I used to add breadcrumbs as a binder, forgot them one day, and all I had was hot and spicy cheezits. Crushed them and added them and I was threatened that if I ever made burgers different, Id be fired. They are actually unbelievable in the burgers. I know I dont hold a light to your cooking thread, but they do the trick

Sounds straight amazeballs. We usually make Sriracha burgers and eat them on a big salad instead of buns.

Tabasco cheezits are a weakness of mine! When Publix had them BOGO, we used to stock up. I'd wreck a half box or more in a sitting.

They are the devils cracker!! I have an entire box in 4.5 lbs if beef. Lol. And sriracha burgers... hmmm
