Early mornin gym session since I was awake already. I got all of this done in an hour. I took a 2 day break from the Meso and got back on it today and felt great the whole work out. I did a whole upper body workout today. Don't know why lol.

Chest/Triceps:

Ok so since I wasn't feeling good this morning, I went and worked out around 7pm. I hit a new PR thanks to the Meso! 4 sets of 10 Pull-Ups BW +15lbs.

I bought a fancy pants scale today. It measures weight, body fat, bmi and water percentage. So I figured I'd give you an update.

You'll get a kick out of this lol. I weighed myself earlier today around 4pm. Ate a massive dinner then worked out and drank a 2 scoop ModernPro shake.

At 4pm:
180.2
15.9%
24 bmi

8pm:
182.0
17.0%
24.6 bmi

Worked out after work today. Dosed Meso at 1 1/2 scoop lol. Talk about energy. I was gonna do chest but my elbow was sore from work. I had to move a bunch of stuff around the warehouse all day. But since I have tomorrow off, I decided to do legs.

Decline Push Up 50

I could've gone higher on the Squat and Leg Press. Atleast 540 Squat and 360-450 LP. But I have a bunch of stuff to do tomorrow and I didn't want to have to have a wheelchair lmao.

But I'm getting bloods tomorrow so we'll see how my PCT went. I'm definitely not suppressed anymore. I'd say why but it might make a few people uncomfortable and most excited :naughty:

This must be your first time using mesomorph have you gone above 1 full scoop Yet? Be careful consuming caffeine prior and after using mesomorph great product absolutely love it!!!!!
