Memory Stack (Excluding Choline)

So, since I'm going to be on Anticholinergics (about to try Glycopyrrolate I think) it is a muscarinic anticholinergic that does not cross the BBB. I don't fully understand how it works yet, so I will be excluding daily supplementation of choline until I learn more and see if it negates the effects of my medicine.

I'm looking for a stack to help with memory. Help retaining information long and short term and help with regurgitating previously learned materials.

Daily

Sage?(any cognitive benefits? May reduce sweating)
Bacopa
Ashwaghanda
Rhodiola
Fish oil
ALCAR?(I'm not sure if it directly effects choline in any way, I haven't checked)

Before exams and during studying before exams
Aniracetam
Noopept?
Choline source
Caffeine? I'm not sure if it'll help really.

I'm not sure on doses or timings yet, I'm still looking for other daily suggestions or pre exam suggestions as well.

I typically fast until late afternoon or early evening, the medicine doesn't work as well around food and I like to eat big meals.

Here's some studies on sage:
he results showed that administration of S. lavandulaefolia resulted in a consistent improvement for both the 25- and 50-microl dose on the 'Speed of Memory' factor. There was also an improvement on the 'Secondary Memory' factor for the 25-microl dose. Mood was consistently enhanced, with increases in self-rated 'alertness', 'calmness' and 'contentedness' following the 50-microl dose and elevated 'calmness' following 25 microl. These results represent further evidence that Salvia is capable of acute modulation of mood and cognition in healthy young adults. The data also suggest that previous reports of memory enhancement by Salvia may be due to more efficient retrieval of target material.

The primary outcome measures were immediate and delayed word recall. The 50 microl dose of Salvia essential oil significantly improved immediate word recall in both studies. These results represent the first systematic evidence that Salvia is capable of acute modulation of cognition in healthy young adults.

I thought Sage was Salvia Offiicinalis? Or are you talking about a different strain?
Salvia lavandulaefolia is "Spanish Sage," although Salvia Offiicinalis also has potential:
The results confirm previous observations of the cholinesterase inhibiting properties of S. officinalis, and improved mood and cognitive performance following the administration of single doses to healthy young participants.

Interesting stuff, right?

A few I like:

Wakefulness: Phenylpiracetam, caffeine, NALT (all found in all three of our preworkouts, have friends who use Limitless and Enraged as study aids but does contain cdp choline)

Memory: Huperzine A.. it is cholinergic but it is selective for a form of acetylcholinesterase (breaks down aCh) that is found primarily in brain tissue. Increases neurogenesis, increases aCh levels in the brain, and is neuroprotective. Also has some possible effects with gh secretion. Another great one is Lion's Mane. Increases cognition. Definitely a good addition.

Bacopa for memory and clarity
Ashwagandha for calmness (though test it separately - some people have paradoxical reactions to it).
Forskolin for clarity and brain evergy.
