NAC - 1200mg split into two dose
TUDCA - 250mg
Ashwaganda ksm66 split dose I think it's 250mg/pill

How you liking the CU stim free? Have you compared it to the stim version?
Love it. IMO, the best pre out there.
I haven't used the stim version. I like stim free so I can add a potent fat burner (Ignit3 or Lipodrene) while cutting, or take a stim break (or just add some caff) while bulking. It's more flexible.

I had shoulder surgery a couple months ago for a torn labrum. I actually just got back in the gym a week ago, I just can't do any pressing movements for a while and it has to be all light light weight until I get my strength back.

You're probably going to find people who prefer one to the other, but both are quality extracts with multiple studies supporting their efficacy. I have more experience with KSM-66 though.
Good to know. This is the first time I've heard of sensoril tbh. I have some reading to do.

Sensoril is all ive ever run. Really great for mood and controlling cortisol. Relora is another staple for controlling cortisol and raising Dhea levels. I need all i can get at 44..lol

Just finished my 2 months run with Test1fy + additional LJ and loved it. Feeling of overall wellbeing, aggression in the gym and calm,relaxed mind outside the gym. Sleeping like a baby and got slightly more tight. Man it was amazing. Thinking of getting some M-test by CEL or try Orig1n to see if I could get same results.

PS. Seeing that PA,Fish oil and KSM receiving some lovin!
