I think GW is most effective at 8-12 weeks. Then taking 4 weeks off. I don't use it for fat loss, but like the Chinese Olympic team, for mad crazy endurance boost.
 
Thats what i like about GW. If its real, like Clen, you'll know within the first doses. I'm going go mix in some SR9009 for enhanced performance. Ive already got my BF down to 9%. Time to enjoy!!
 
I am not sure if its legit or not, all i know if i dose it 30 mins pre workout i sweat like crazy, diet has been **** and worksouts inconsistent, so not the best judge atm... will get committed tomoz

do you guys think it would be worth taking the cardarine while im on holidays, i wont be drinking much and will do bodyweight stuff everyday and skip to keep fit, im just really skinny fat atm
 
I think it'd be more effective during a time when you have the time for a lot of good workouts. For me, I don't get that chance traveling around the holidays.

I got my order this week and trying a dose this morning, will update in a few weeks.
 
If im not training for something cardio specific, i rest frim GW. That way when i go back, i reap more benefits.
 
I think its legit used it twice 20mg before workouts and sweat like crazy and more enerfy cardio wise

GW on it's own does not really make you sweat. It creates more energy and helps with breathing. It is best taken with longer exercise, weights, cardio etc and is a phenomenal product taken solo or with a thermogenic aid.
 
I really notice it, but I've kept the dosing to once a week, when I really get the chance for a big cardio session. I find when I'd expect to get fatigued, it allows me to push around 30-50% longer. About equivalent to the difference between DMAA pre workout and a Diet Coke as far as total calorie burned (via heart rate monitor).

The caveat I'll add is that I've always done a lot of cardio- long bike rides, etc. If I'm not really pushing my limits as far as longer, faster sessions or training on short rest, I don't notice anything from the cardarine. Your mileage may vary, but it's at least producing the advertised effect.

Cool thanks for the feedback, almost pulled the trigger on the sale and held of art the last second. Really wanted it for fat burning rather than for endurance.
