Thanks to wesb2387 for letting me log the soon to be gone Dream n Grow! I'll be updating every other day unless there is significant improvement day to day which I hope there is.

I always have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep so hopefully this will help. I'll be starting at 1 cap 30-45 minutes before bed.

Funny thing is, Brandinoooo out up this log, popped some dream and grow and was out for the night while his log went if the rails. One day in and we know it works at least.

Lol. No I haven't tried it. But the only thing non-otc that compares to it would be some strong benzo's. It knocks Benadryl, Z-quil and everything like that out of the water. Woke up feeling good today. Not groggy at all.
