Im 29
175 pounds (before cycle)
Im on my 3rd week cycle 1-4 andro 2 caps each daily
No sides
Now my weight its 178 i look fatter but my muscles are harder
Anyways i want to burn fat after my cycle
So my question is do i buy a fat burner o
Osta shred o R Andro ?
 
Your looking fatter/softer could well be transitory water weight, quite possible with 4andro. Lots of potential variables here though. Generally, if its due to the 4andro, I wouldnt be too concerned at this stage.

Do you have an AI, btw?

None of the above. You eat at your new maintenance and maintain gains during and after pct. Wait at least a month after pct to deviate from this. FYI, eradicate is not an ai...

Aromatase inhibitors stop the production of estrogen
And eradicate eliminate estrogen so whats the difference?

And fot my support im taking ar1macare pro and it has estrogen elimination built in

I think theres no difference if im using AI [Aromatase inhibitors ] OR Eradicate by Black stone labs wat ever i choose its going to stop strogen

Can anybody answer a simple questions wat can i use to get shredded
Burn fat mainly from my waist and abdomen

You need to eat right my man, for your goals you need to set a nutrition plan and hit your marks every day with clean food. And cardio. Add in your once you have food dialed in

Thanx for your answer but theres no stack to get shredded? Epi andro osta shred something to help me out i do cardio 4 times a weeks 1 hour
 
Bud... Your gonna have to wait to run another cycle (time on +pct).

I like sup3r-11, yohimbine, and a keto diet myself

Id honestly just finish out your cycle as planned, eat at maintanence kcals as Yates suggested thru PCT, and let any excess water weight dissipitate before jumping into any weight loss regime. Youve really got to give your body time to adapt to all these things you are throwing at it.

And Id get some exemestane, never cycle without it.
