Cardio today. Got the wife to do it with me. Killed it! Heart rate continues to go down and recover faster. I'm going to feel sad in a month when I run out of Epidrone and have to go on PCT.

Friday means lift day. Love Fridays. I feel like the momentum builds all week and Friday is when I blow it up!

Today we packed up, drove a couple hours, downed a chickfila spicy chicken deluxe, and unpacked. Pretty much shot and wanting to lay on the bed all evening. But I popped a BronkAid, chugged my MaxREPS and said there's no going back now!

Slow start, as expected. But nearing the end of round one, I noticed that I was on a real good pace. Focus kicked in and I really had this desire to kill it today! Wound up adding weight and reps and finishing at a record pace!

Epidrone is giving me focus like never before. Between faster recovery and added focus, this stuff turns me into an animal. Even when I don't mentally feel like one on a given day. I'm so thankful that BPS gave me this opportunity, because I've never felt like this in my life!

Cardio day. More amazeballs improvements. Truly cannot believe how fast I'm recovering now during quick breaks! I tend to push myself too hard, and I think that might be why I've always hated cardio. I will push until I puke. Still remember the first time I did P90X plyometrics. Big guys and leaping is a mix for disaster. Thankfully I hadn't eaten prior because afterwards I ran to the toilet and dry heaved for 5 minutes.

That said, I think I'm actually starting to enjoy cardio. (Does that mean I have low T? :D jk.) I'm still lightly gasping, but not to the point where I worry I won't get enough air and die. :)
 
Weigh in day. Up 2.6 this wk. Expected. Hoping some is just water retention from the dirty food, we'll know next week.

In the mirror, I'm seeing more definition all over, except the gut. Pinch test says I'm up in that area a bit.

Still pleased overall. Def added some gainz along with a little fat. I'll take the gainz as a win when you consider I was on vacation all week!

Now it's time to get serious and torch the blubber like my boy HIT4ME!

I showed my wife the bottles of Epidrone and Sup3r-4 in the cupboard last night and said I'm so excited to be finishing my first bottle of Epi and kick it up a notch with Sup3r-4. She looked at me and rolled her eyes. That's implied approval, right? :D

Technically, the lack of verbal DISapproval constitutes implied consent thus allowing you to impose more BPS purchases on your account without the fear of future retribution by said spouse.

Lift day. Last one on my first bottle of Epidrone.

HOLY CRAP gentlemen. Best workout of my life! Same workout, added weight and reps in many spots. Typical time is 1:02-1:10. Today, 54min. Felt like an absolute beast! 30sec breaks between rounds? Nah. 5 is good :).

Typically it seems people hit full speed with epi-andro in 3 weeks. Either my vacation diet caused a setback or my body is a slow learner. I'm very drug resistant. I do not feel coffee, takes a lot of alcohol to feel it, and I require max dose of stim based product to get anything from it. So it could just be me. For me, it has been a slow and steady increase every day.... Until today!

Either way, I felt like you big boys today. Crushed it!

Thanks, hoss! I'm not even close to my goals yet. I'm just super thankful how much closer I am in one short month!

I think you know me well enough now to know that I'm just going to push myself to meet and exceed my insane improvements from today.

Week before Thanksgiving. Cut up like Alpha1agreda and lifted67. It's go time.

Bro, I pulled mine out with the Sup3r-4 yesterday. I opened them just because I just can't wait! So then I counted the pills so I could say I had a good reason. Man I can't wait. Tomorrow is my final on bottle #1. Weds is start of the double stack.

Do it! Open it. Chug em down and let the gainz take over.
