Ok workout today. Shoulder was sore from the doc yesterday plus I didn't have a whole lot of time for the gym today.

BB Curl Palm Out 70 8x3


Man the palm out grip is ridiculous. Super forearm pump. All in all, decent workout.

I know Ive probably already told you this, but try Androcrine. It has done WONDERS for my torn RC. Increased my ROM by a huge amount and allows me to push more weight with it.

I'll throw that in my next cycle. I'd add just about anything that would help at this point to avoid surgery lol.

And you are at a consistent 3400 a day? I saw my mass go way up when I started taking in bare minimum 1.5 grams of protein a day

Yeah give or take 300-400. I bought some high cal protein bars today just to add to it. My protein sits around 1.25-1.75 each day but that varies also. I just can't gain weight lol. Might have a little to do with my PCT and the thermogenic properties of the DMAA.

Yeah. I need to redo my TDEE. Lol I'm probably right at maintenance.

Fccccck lol my tdee is 3700. That explains a lot. Time to bump to 4000 :sad3:

I don't know how I missed this lmao.

Speaking of which, I bumped my calories up to 4000 today. I can't remember the last time I was full all day. But d@mn I'm full after my morning shake, big100 protein bar, 1000c pot pie for early lunch, 2000c pizza (I know don't say it lol), & spaghetti w/ meatballs.

It happens man. Just like I said on another log this morning, I had plans for this mornings gym time. Got off from a long night on the ambulance , and fell asleep. Now I dont have time to go. It sucks that it happens, but you outdid me today!

10lbs and Ill have some good stuff. But right now, with Epidrone and higher reps, I felt like it is a great time to cut down some. But I know my son and his friend will be crushing some pizza tonight , and its gonna hurt me to smell and watch

Just don't splurge too much when you get down. Don't want to go back up lol. Man I don't know what I'd do if I were you.
 
Well, I caved just a bit. lifted67, sorry homie. But I went to Arbys, and got 3 of the midsize roast beef sandwiches,but all the meat went onto 1 bun. Is that TOO bad?
