Back at it this morning finally felt like myself after a terrible weekend had a great workout took 1 cap of epidrone and 4 caps of pj pwo
Warmup 10 kb swings 10 plyo push ups 10 band pull aparts 10 squats
Workout
6 rounds of 5 reps* giant sets 20 seconds rest between sets
Incline db press 80 lbs
Deadlift 135lbs
Bentover row 135lbs
Squat 135lbs
Shrugs 225lbs
Felt good and strong this morning had a great pump and sweat was pouring everywhere my morning weight was 292.0 down 3 pounds overall tomorrow will be a cardio / boxing day that should be fun more updates to come

Another day another training session another great workout took 1 cap of epidrone pwo and started in did 3- 5 minute rounds of punch kick and knee combos on my heavy bag finished with 15 minute sprints on treadmill had buckets of sweat everywhere lol . felt really good this morning even after cramping up all over my body at work yesterday i guess i lost more fluid then i thought , but im feeling well now had a good nights sleep im sure that helped. Really diggn the effects of epidrone top notch product more updates to come

I rarely drink soda and i get at least a gallon and a half of water daily but i was really dehydrated from vomiting so much the weekend on top of workin in 103 degree heat bad recipe lol

Every November I swear I get some kind of food poisoning/stomach bug and end up stoned AF in the ER on Dilaudid...works out great because by the time I recover from puking and $h1tting my brains out I have lots of room for turkey and pumpkin pie!!!Personally I love getting the flu. I can lay in bed for days and do nothing. Then afterwards I can weigh in and feel like I accomplished something.

I got sick eating pumpkin one year as a kid and it killed the flavor for me. As far as I can remember I've been repulsed by it. Done REALLY WELL I can enjoy it.
This, I cant even think about pizza anymore, so maybe I owe you a thanksIn regards to *getting sick at a young age and ruining food stories* I got you beat, when I was younger and first had braces I had the flu and I got cheese from a pizza stuck in my braces and barfed, it was so nasty, to this day I take mozzarella off my pizza and add parmesan cheese cause it's "safer" lol
Dannon Oikos Greek yogurt came out with pumpkin pie flavor and it tastes like pumpkin pie cheesecake. So very hard for me not to eat 6 at a time. Lol!
It is good!! But... MTS Machine whey has a Pumpkin pie, Oh My God, like a mouth full of Thanksgiving. No joke, its unreal even with tap water

This morning was a great morning woke up to a text from my baby bro with a picture of my new niece family just got a lil bit bigger always a good thing now down to biz had another excellent workout took 1 cap of epidrone 4 caps of pj my last dose of pj hit my warmup and got rollin the workout was

Biceps - ez bar curl 70 lbs,hammer curl 40 lbs,preacher curl 50 lbs
Triceps-reverse grip bench,close grip bench,double rope overhead extensions
Sholuders-smith press,plate raise,bent lat raise,shrugs front/back my everything was on fire pump was crazy felt good and full of energy sleep is still good no sides at all loving this run and not even at the half way point yet still figuring out what im doing diet wise right now im sticking to chicken rice and broc for most of my meals i need to start counting macros to really be where i wana be soon i hope lol more updates to come
