Man I love you guys. Ended up getting. Power cantina steak burrito at taco bell. Kind of a refeed. Needed it. So ended up with 1560 calories and a whopping 102 carbs foe the day. Thanks for the food talk guys

Ok guys, phase 2 of lifted67 s HST program started today. Took my LAST Halodrol and went to work! Warmup of 15 lat pulldowns and 30 walking lunges.
Flat DB press-warmup of 15
100x10x2-30lb increase

Incline DB flyes
70x10x2-small increase

Croc rows
100x10x2 strapless-no change, biggest DB they have

Deadlifts warmup 135x15
315x20, supposed to be 10x2 but went straight through so we didnt have to change the plates around for my Captain. But a 90lb increase from phase 1. Theres a video posted, it was the last 3, and the first was a struggle to get off the ground, but I had already done 17 so dont beat me up

Lying leg curls
160x10x2

Spider curls
55x10x2-20 lbs increase

Skull crushers
100x15x2 again, heaviest they have so I just did 15 rather than 10

Calf raises
560x25x2(felt like doing more lifted67,sorry)

High face pull
170x10x2-50lb increase

Low face pull
140x10x2-100 lb increase.
Im getting there guys. 4 weeks of this and then big jumps in weight again.

They're nice but Im trying to not use them and build my grip strength. I started without them but after the warmup, and the croc rows without them, my forearms were giving out around number 10

I agree that's why I try not to use them but after anything over 400lbs the bar makes my calluses hurt so freaking bad and I have rough hands from work it's almost like it compresses that thick skin idk it sucks though lol and forearm give for me after a while as well lol
 
Damn bro, those r some nice #'s. Curious what do u use to hit those heavy face pulls. Cables at my gym only go up to 95. Wondering if u use something else

Damn that's sweet. Gym I go to is doing an upgrade so hopefully that'll b one of the things they upgrade.

Haha!! Ive hit 425 x1 on the deaders, but it was a struggle. This program he has me on has me doing a LOT more reps than Im used to. I would never had done 315x20 before, but my ultimate goal is the 425x5. Hopefully

Reps wil get cut da fuc uppppppp and chit 315x20 for one set hot damn!!!!!!!
 
315x20? Dang dude. I didn't see that. I struggle for 8-10

He has me set up for 2 sets of 10, but my captains lift weight is much lighter, so rather than taking plates off, then putting them back on, I just did my 135x15 and then the 315 for 20. I stopped at 12, 30 seconds, 5 and reset my grip and then the last 3.
 
Well by request of the shift... i may have killed my gains with my supper. I made bratwurst, and grilled peppers and onions with bavarian sauerkraut. Holy...crap!
 
Ok guys, final thought on my run with Gaspari Halodrol. In all honesty, It took a bit to kick in for me, and Ill get back to that. I started getting bad headaches, and I ALMOST stopped taking it, but I sucked it up. Im glad I did. Now, the first week and a 1/2 was slow, but it could honestly be due to a ton of stress and lack of motivation. All of a sudden I felt different, literally overnight. I went to the gym one morning and just couldn't get enough. Begin gainz.
I did notice what started off as a slight increase in not only aggravation, but irritability. Started seeing my lifts go up, not tremendously , but up nonetheless. I have noticed some changes in my physique, mostly my shoulders and arms. Ive leaned up a bit, which could also be due to my diet and adding cardio.
ENTER:@lifted67. The man developed me a workout to fit into my ridiculously work schedule and then it all came together. In the last 2 weeks I have seem some lifts go up in weight, and others just be a lighter weight but with much higher reps. Deads have ways been weak for me, having done 425x1 woth a fight, amd today I did 315x20. Id say thats an improvement. Ive only got one before and after picture, which you guys have seen, but you can really tell the difference when they're together. Overall, I really enjoyed Halodrol, and would run it again happily. Id like to thank dougefresh93, danielmoo and Big_Spaz for this opportunity, but seriously need to thank everyone who subbed for the encouragement and kicks in the arse youve given me. Without a doubt, I would never have had 1/2 the mojo without you guys. Top pic was A little less than a month ago. Invalid Link Removed
