I'm on trying to get to 8%-10% before my next cycle and every day is such a chore, eat right, exercise, measure food, repeat...

I'm not sure whether to admire you or consider you crazy. Or both. Single digit BF is crazy difficult.

I'll be ecstatic when I get to around 15 to 18% BF with no desire to go lower.

Life's too short to be miserable every day just because you want to look shredded!

Can't imagine to run 5 miles every morning fasted, fight naked a wolverine in the snow and go at night to the gym, just to see a vein on my abs.

But I admire the guys who do, those abs are well deserved!

Blowing my diet yesterday made me go to the gym anyway for self punishment.

Did one set on different machines with low weights -not to failure to get the blood flowing.
-12 min rowing machine max. level -lifefitness-
-10 minutes bicycle at 145 HR -lifefitness-
-10 minutes treadmill incline lv.16 -lifefitness-

3x 12 push ups, hands on a box (no pain in injured shoulder)

15 min shoulder rehab

Today diet in check, will eat 800kcal / mainly beef,eggs and salad in 2 hours when windows for peptide is closing.

Could be different machines, I guess a zillion models exist.
Pretty steep, like uphill, did it at 3m/h and with 133 HR, almost touching front handles with chest
while walking.

I'd estimate my L7 as about 12 to 15 degrees.
 
You misunderstand lol the 8%-10% is for bulking purposes only, want to be in the best condition possible to gain muscle.

Yeah, when I do L8 on my machine, I just want to hop off and go home!

I was getting pretty comfortable with L7 and thought 8 wouldn't be much harder, but it felt massively more challenging.

On the flip side, all the anabolic may be causing muscle gain, which hinders weight loss for obvious reasons.

Trying to do better the next days. As I kept below maintenance -ate clean AND worked my ass off in the gym, nothing bad is happening. Kaprice is really killing it, giving you a hard time, LOL!

I can only think the mk, trest, or both are effecting your hunger. With or without that calories deficiency is hard to keep up with, definitely add some HIIT cardio if you can.

Dropped the DMAA+Ephedra, it made me feel lousy and all jittery. The scale is showing a huge weight gain, even though I kept cals under maintenance, thinking that water fluctuation is the culprit. Feeling tight and seeing favorable changes though.
At the end it's all about looking good naked, not what the scale says.

How much undigested food in your intestines is also a big factor on the scale. And you're right. How you look trumps how much you weigh every time. But I also think the scale is still a valuable indicator of progress -- just one of many, but still valuable.

Maybe I'm a sleep walker and eat in my sleep.... Gonna chain me to my bed from now on.

I have 3 scales just to drive myself crazy(er), but I always tell myself that as long as I'm doing everything right the scale doesn't matter. (it's a load of bull shizzel but maybe it'll work for you lmfao)

LOL, 3 scales would indeed drive me crazy! My conscious is clean, even though I broke my self imposed diet rules, I never did it full retard.
It's the MK. It bloated me badly the first time I took it too.
