Yes my bp run slightly high on electronic ones just the noise gets me nervous but manual ones with stethoscope are more accurate anyway unless you have that guy that releases it so slow you wanna punch themDont know man. Maybe Im lucky, I get active and my BP drops.

Cool thanks man yes I'm 30 non smoker healthy but bp runs high at doctor get nervous. What time of day is best to test since eating and time effects it? Just wanna stay on top for my first runDepends on the person, age, medical history, current meds. Its hard to say. But once a diastolic reaches above 90, i start to Question things.

Give the HST a chance at first it seems like it's not enough. Stick with it. I have had great success with it for the last 3+ years. Plus the 3 days a week are nice if you have a busy schedule.Well, tomorrow, thank to my boy lifted67, Im starting a HST program. Should be interesting

Sorry just noticed this was a little late to the party.I am loving the shyt out of the HST!!! Almost 2 weeks in and already seeing strength increases. Im going to run the full plan he has laid out for me and see where it takes me

Sounds brutal but I'm down for hard work! Sometimes can't sleep looking forward to gym before work. Definitely addicted to the rush of lifting lolHard a$$ work, but so far so well worth it. Like today, I know I can squat more than 225, but not for 2 sets of 225 after a 135x15 warmup. Just under 2 weeks in, and I was pushing through the roof today. It builds your strength quickly bro. Just start......and stick to it
I always do 2 warm-up sets for all body parts. Each 1/2 the Workin weight and reps. Of course I'm old.Hard a$$ work, but so far so well worth it. You are hooked. No looking back now. Only suggestion is warm up and really look into doing lifts properly. Wish I had. I hear you on the crowded gym. Still got daughter at home and me and the wife can't do mornings. But they both get after it at the gym. Some days they motivate me to go, it's awesome.No man just got out of long relationship with a girl with two kids which kinda saved my life from partying. but got hooked on working out in 4 years went from 6'4" 170 to now 205-210 about to run first cycle. but yes need a girl that will go to gym help meal prep and not want to go out drinking all the time. Just when i am at gym im so focused with my headphones on i wouldn't even have time to look and talk to girls there im there to do work! Literally kicked the guy curling in squat rack today while he stalked a chick talking with her. But im up at 5:30 at gym by 6 m-f before work because i hate crowded gyms

You get use to them and then they find something else to do after they think they look good.Yeah im actually working on old relation ship with ex raised her two girls from 6 months and 4 to 4 years and 8 so big part of my life. The little one could do a pull up by age 2 by her self!! But Yea crowded gyms i do not do well in, not an ego guy throwing huge weights then on phone for 10 mins. Cant stand waiting for equipment or having to have someone work in with me that tries too heavy and technique is crap. guess im a lone wolf in gym dont like partners or haven't found one to hang with my schedule. In 1 week start dmz cycle so excited!! planning for months but i do help out this high school kid that use to shadow my workouts because he listens about proper form and not burning out every set every lift

My son is 15, so they wont let him in the gym just yet, but he has perfect push up form and looks like a fricken singer sewing machine when doing them. Can also knock out about 18 pullup, overhand and wide(ish) grip. Has fricken veins in his arms that look like a topographic road map!
awesome never too young to get them into the life style! But calisthenics are good for his age/ 18 pullups is beast for that age really what gym doesn't let them in at 15 with an adult?

Sounds good.... 18 pull ups is impressive at any age.All of them where Im at. But, he is a Fire Explorer at my department, and when he hits 16 hes going to start going to the campus gym and learning how to push them plates!!
Awesome man wish I started then wasn't till I was 18 started lifting then not till after college to actually lift right. But he is in good hands would have saved me lots of time if I had any guidance. Self taught and learned from mistakes. He will be a beast with your genes and wide shoulders

Im hoping he will be and thanks. Hes already a hair taller than I am. I was always VERY lean growing up, but still heavier than he is, I was just solid. Went to boot camp at 17 and 175lbs, came out 18 and 201. Hoping he hits that point and just goes BOOM!
Hell yes brother he will i shot up and was 6'2" 160 lbs at 15 took me 4 years once i started training properly to get to 205. As i can tell he has discipline, hunting and working out he might out grow you!
That would be sweet! I pick on him all the time. He acts like hes going to fight me and I tell him when Im 90 I'll give him a shot at the title. Lol
LMAO still how my dad is he played college football, and works out some. But now im bigger but would never test him out of respect. He is 62 and still drinks and says he would kick my ass but i would never test him out of respect. But 15 is a hard age he will respect the tough love later in life
You're right. Took me several years on my own, and me telling my son things and thinking "wow, exactly what my dad said to me" before I realized that I appreciate the tough love. And my dad, yeah. Not the man to mess with. 58 years old, arms like most peoples thighs, and crazy trained. He was Army Counter Intelligence, and spent a year training with the Korean Spec ops, and then spent 20 years as a federal police officer in DC. Doesn't lift as much any more, but when he did , 315 was his working bench weight. Trained in Aikido and BJJ. Bad mamby tamby
