lgd and arimistane?

i have 2 bottles of each...the lgd has 90 5mg caps and the ol eliminate has 120 25mg caps....how long and what dosage should i run it?
edit: im mostly looking for recomp-fatloss...

Id say 10mg a day for 8 weeks should suffice. I've heard lethargy can be pretty bad on LGD so id run some dermacrine or sup3r-dhea along side it.

I think it's main benefit is it acts as a mild diuretic. So i guess it can be somewhat useful in helping achieve a dry look but definitely not for the purposes of estrogen control.
