Painful joints and weird anxiety

Can these things come from having my dose of Liquidex too high? My knee and shoulder joints have become really painful and I have a strange heavy chest/anxiety feeling. I dont know if its that my E is too low (which is what I am thinking is the case)

Anyone have this happen before?
