if you run a 2nd bottle of epiandro I highly recommend stacking it with 4-ad!!!

I hit it for 6 tonight. Slathered it all over... I will say I thought I read somewhere people had trouble getting it to spread and/or dry. Will say I went on real easy and dried just fine. I did stand in front of my workout floor fan for a few secs to make sure before I put my shirt on. So far so good!

See any issue with that?I dont know who said that, because it's easily spread and it dries great. The majority of the cream should be put on your shoulders, traps and spread down onto your chest, and I typically wipe some down to my bis and tris. If I have any more residual, i put it on my knees. I say within 3 days youll feel a difference!!

I shave em so I sweat less.The pores up there are probably larger/more open. After all they do push more sweat out that elsewhere. I'd have wondered about deodorant and hair soaking it up/interfering with absorption. Doesn't hurt to have another spot to go, esp if I go to 8 pumps.

Interesting, didn't know that would work. Actually used to have serious pit sweating issues for a long time. I mean like soak the sides of your shirt just on a normal day kinda bad. Embarrassing. Finally found this stuff called Maxim from some Canadian company. Game changer. Once I used that for probably 6 months, they were retrained and I could go back to regular deodorant without fear of a drenching.

Since I do a home workout with dumbbells and bands, it's all portable! I use selecttechs so the dumbbells aren't too bad to take. Have the workouts ripped to files on my computer.
I wouldn't have asked to log Epi if I thought I'd be slacking off. That's no way to push a product to its limits! Actually I should be hitting it harder and stronger because I'll have less stress and plenty of time.
My workouts may be for sissies, but they do travel well.

Thanks guys! I'm up 1lb this week, but that's not really any significant difference. Gut pinch test still feels smaller every day. So I must be makin the gainz.

Yesterday was lift day. Solid day, recovery is still improving daily. Keeping those weights up, adding reps. Came back and added push-ups to fail followed by curls to fail. Still going to say I'm feeling 95% on lifts, but getting there.
Last night the sciatica and hip started burning / aching again. Hoping the Androcrine does the trick. Muscle relaxer ran out and doc is slacking on my refill, so I imagine that's the contributor.
Today was cardio. 2 meh days in a row on cardio. This time I think it was the Jack3d. MaxREPS seems better with cardio for me. But I only had Jack3d in packets for travel. Felt like my HR was blasting more and just generally more gassed. BUT. I got it done and pushed to maintain my normal pace.
Now to the beach!
