Day 17:
Im still alive, so thats a good sign. Cant wait for diesel test to come in tomorrow, I need the pick me up and I'm trying to avoid stims as I was showing signs of adrenal fatigue at the end of august.

Didn't do any deadlifts, but got a solid back workout in nonetheless.

Cranked out another good session of HIIT on the bikes, and its certainly working well with me. Alongside with the abdominal workouts, I feel like my stomach is starting to lean out. Wednesday is supposed to be off day, but will go for a run tomorrow and focus on more core.

If you don't have the mental drive to push through real life plateaus then i don't believe that individual is ready for these kind of supplements, regardless how mild the andros are considered.

Sorry, I'm 24 mins past but we'll pretend otherwise.

****en sick of GVT, so i said **** this im going back to my old ways and hit chest again today. Gonna start hitting every body part 2 or 3 times like the ol days (last month).

Still got a ****ty ass cough, hopefully itll pass but i doubt it. Get big or die trying.
 
Lol. Sorry not laughing at you but with u. I tried gvt a while back and while it was kinda fun at first, different at least, I got sick of it rather quickly. Always love hitting each part 2-3 times myself

It was fun for 3 weeks, but i think its putting too much on my CNS. I see no reason to be sleeping as much as iv'e been. Gonna do less volume per workout, and focus more towards your typical 3x10/12 but 20/30 second rests. That along with the HIIT iv'e been doing should have me shredded in no time.

By the way, huge ****ing red burning stretch marks are appearing on the upper lats near my armpit. Can you say gains?

Iv got a horrible cough too wheezing and a chit ton of flem I can't get rid of it

I love it. I used to think about stretch marks as a bad thing. Now it's awesome
 
Yeah you got big shoulders.

I just have had issues with them and always neglected it

Im still dealing with a RC tear and it limits me in alot of my lifts. Pisses me off, can shoulder press 245, but can barely flat bench 315 because the shoulder feels like its gonna blow! So aggravating

Ill accept that. Just gotta get the blubber off of me. I should be much less weight. As I said before, I dont care what I weigh, just so that when I stop doing jumping jacks.... ALL of me stops doing jumping jacks!!! Be good bro, gonna get some sleep while it's quiet around here. Gotta 0530 cardio session before I work another 24 hour shift at my other fire station.

Didnt make it to the gym today. Decided to drive down to mass to see my girlfriend for the weekend, so today will be my off day.

Tomorrow will have to consist of body movements, and a run. Dont really have time to workout tomorrow anyway.

Sunday ill be back and hit the weights extra hard.

Really starting to look lean, and just had two very high carb days, so I'm gonna slam low carb again for 2 weeks and hopefully make the abs pop!

Looks like something actually useful unlike your basic fitbits and other trackers. FYI, Not hating on fitbit, just not a fan.

Lethargic issues are officially gone and my motivation for everything feels like its skyrocketed.

Had a great squat day, felt really strong and fought for every rep! Looking forward to benching tomorrow, and posting my progress. Arms are at 17" according to my tape!

Great squat day! 5x10 and 10x10 on the calf machine! Still got a quad pump!

Day 25:
About to hit back, 5 more days of Halodrol, gotta finish strong
