DAY 10

had a great workout today...upper body swole up. haven't had a pump this good in quite some time!!!
 
DAY 12:

it is easy to keep track of what day I am on or if I've taken 2nd dose, I really like this....I worked out yesterday and got another great pump, today is an off day and muscles still feel full.

no real difference in strength, but endurance is up-I've added reps to several lifts.
no change in appetite.
no change in libido
muscles feel harder/fuller
no change in bp-good news!!!

DAY 13:

the weights do seem to be getting lighter, but for now I am content to add more reps which is causing more definition-I do see a slight improvement in overall physique......I will probably start adding more weight when I open up box #2 which will be in 3 days.

on a side note I weighed in up 2lbs today, but this isn't out of the range of fluctuation-just thought I would throw that out there since my cals have remained the same..... just like with the weights, I will probably add in an extra protein shake when I start on box #2. no real change in appetite so far.
 
Subtle changes in body composition and strength are still awesome. Glad to hear about the success so far.

got some good things to report....did arms and chest this morning and when I went to put my tee back on it went from loose to almost snug. also I have been maintaining a 2lb gain with no intentional increase in cals--this is amazing that I am able to gain while working outside in this heat and humidity, I have been sweating like a stuffed pig, lol. also I noticed some increased vascularity today-things are starting to happen quick!!!

tomorrow starts phase 2, box #2. I will be adding in an extra protein shake and start gradually upping the weights.

I really haven't experienced any increase in appetite, but will add in the extra protein shake hungry or not...

on a side note, I noticed slight pain when starting flow of pee-will be adding in some extra beta sitosterol!!!

That's awesome to hear nothing like putting on a shirt after lifting and asking your self did this just come out the dryer? Lol

That's some good news! Shirts are going to fit tighter and tighter the longer that you're taking Halodrol.. gains, my friend.

DAY 16:

added 10lbs to barbell and 5lbs each to dumbells, also added 10lbs to triceps bar....I've only been using around 70-80% of max, so the added weight was easily manageable for most lifts-except tri extentions, the added 10lbs was definitely felt on those.

will be adding a bedtime protein shake an hour before bed tonight.

drank my meso and dosed my halodrol this morning, had lots of energy and got in a good workout-hardly noticed that I had increased weight[except for tri extentions], lol....then it hit, around 11 oclock lethargy hit me like a ton of bricks, had to take some extra stims.

I've upped the beta sitosterol but having issues starting a stream. nothing major, just wanted to note this.
 
definitely gonna hit this up after I finish my kit

MUSCLES ARE FULLER...no doubt about it. it seems that whatever work I put in the effects come back double!!! noticed some drop in libido, and lethargy is still there-taking extra stims in afternoon..from my past experience these are signs of 1-AD...going to go another day then bump the weights up again. going to weigh in tomorrow.

got an early birthday present yesterday, my son took me to the colts game...colts lost but had a great time!!!!

physique changes are definitely happening, and strength is on the rise. up 4lbs-jeans fit the same, but shirts are getting snugger!!! been using afternoon stims to combat lethargy, and added longjack for libido!!!

increased weights again today, added 20lbs to bench up to 290 for 4 reps. this is as heavy as I will go with no spotter....not much else has changed from yesterday.

Does LJ work for you?
 
normally yes....it hasn't done much for libido on this cycle though. I will continue it during pct.

I was asking because I tried it twice and it never did anything for my libido. Had better luck with Tribulus. I'm currently using Iron Legion Virtus solo and it has helped. haven't done a cycle since college and was always horny. It was D-bol and that stuff works! I got called into the coaches office and was told to get off what ever I was using. my room mate was the right guard and was always using.

diesel test pro cycle-DTP V3....they also have regular diesel test, but I think DTP works better for us older guys[over 35] because of the dhea and preg.

I didn't notice the lethargy until recently, just upped my usual afternoon stims and all is well....I noticed the libido start to drop around day 12, which is common for 1-ad...the longjack seems to be working, libido has been better the past couple of days...
