I just straight rolled into V2, no time off..I'm used to the smell now, and don't want to get used to it again later on..I'm hoping the bloat will go away with V2. In the past with oral yohimbe it would take me a week or two to drop the water after I had ceased use, and I'd lose 3-5 pounds..but I can see that the beta is blurring my midsection a bit..everywhere else is noticeably leaner..

I finished the beta formula and started on V2..getting more of the Bengay burning sensation others describe..also it is much thinner less like lotion..and smells stronger less woodsy but more horse linament smell..hope this rids me of water..is that your assessment so far?

If it's thinner, you're probably not shaking it enough. Many of us went through that and found after a couple of weeks we're left with clay.

Just a run today - 4.3 miles in 45 min.....kinda slow today.

I think I only have a few days left of my SN. How long is it supposed to last for?

Macros are off again today. I made a hearty beef soup for dinner that calls for a cup of red wine. Well, the way it works in my house is "an opened bottle of wine is an empty bottle of wine."

Deadlifts, sorry I guess I should have clarified....I really love deadlifting, but only in the lower rep range. If I could get away with singles all the time I would.

Day 14 Sept 16th 2016

I managed to squeeze out enough for yesterday and I am out. I got 14 days out of my bottle......so I obviously used too much. When I order more I will make sure to ration it better. Just finished measurements and I will do pics later on today or first thing in the morning. Despite only getting 14 daysout of it, my measurements ...I think...are quite dramatic..

Measurements as of beginning - Sept 3rd 2016

Waist at the belly button - 29 3\4"
Lower pooch - 35"
Hips\Butt - 37"
Right thigh - 21 1\2"
Left thigh - 21 1\4"

Weight - unknown .

Measurements after 14 days - Sept 17th 2016

Waist at the belly button - 29 1\2"
Lower pooch -34 1\2"
Hips\Butt - 36 3\4"
Right thigh - 21 1\4"
Left thigh - 21"

Weight - still unknown, still don't care.

Keep in mind I was not dieting at all, and a couple of days were over maintenance. Plus I do have some belly bloat so I suspect the waist measurement is even a bit lower after the bloat subsides. So I have to say I am completely amazed with the drop in measurements. I will most definitely be ordering more of this for my dieting phase in Jan.

That is some great progress. Like you, my version of a half dollar must be large I think I have the dimensions down, but the height can easily double it when it gets thick. I got just over 3 weeks out of my bottle still. I have a little left, but honestly, it's become thick and I just don't feel like smearing it and rubbing it in so much, it's become kind of a pain. I'm kind of kicking around some ideas for increasing the carrier to thin it out. I know for some reason everyone likes to totally saturate their carriers and people like to feel like they're getting a lot in every dose, but I'd prefer more carrier and less saturation. Hell, I'd apply 4 times a day if I had to if it worked better.

I hope this doesn't come out wrong - because you look great in both photo groups- but you can tell in the second photos that you are retaining water AND the light looks whiter. Yellow light in your first photos will give more contrast. It looks like the same room, so probably the same light, but maybe different times of the day.

Point being, I bet you will shed some water soon and then you will see a much bigger difference and the lighting in the second photos is less favorable.

Two weeks is a short time for any visual change anyway.

I shed the watery look in less than a week..didn't weigh myself..I'm on day 4 of V2 and my midsection has tightened up a lot even after carbing up heavily today...good work you are looking very fit
