Sarms Liquid or Caps?

I have used lgd caps for my first cycle and now I am trying out rad 140. Was curious of liquid or Caps which is better or can you get the same benefit out of both?
 
I've done both.... Didn't notice a difference between the two. I now have a legit RC company that sells pellets and I KNOW for a fact those work. But to answer your question I don't think there is a difference. I like caps or pellets better cuz liquid is nasty asf
 
why do these keep getting posted in the supplement section

What are pellets? PM ME.
 
Pellets are what researcher chem distys call tablets. I think "tablet" implies intent of human consumption.
