Just found out I absolutely have to go to a family dinner sushi buffet . Never been so mad about going to all you can eat sushi, what do I do try to keep it within macros , keep it within moderation , or be the weirdo not eating? Fucc I hate situations like this ll

Chest and back day went smoooooothhhhh woke up feeling good drank my preworkout drink watched some good old YouTube videos about steroids and walked in the gym feeling great. Killed my session and then starting today I'm adding the weighted ab workouts and will probably try to hit abs 3-4 times / week switching off between weighted stuff and reps I.e. Today I did 5 sets of 12 sit ups on the decline with a 25lb plate on my chest supersetted with 10 (each side) Russian twists with the plate and 3 sets of 20 cable crunches and threw in some hanging knee raises cuz my lower abs need the most work. Unfortunately this did not give me a killer 6pack immediately but I'm sure it's on it's way lol still feeling real good about the end of the run coming up its been good put some pics up side by side and overall physical changes have been good didn't gain a ton of mass but wasn't eating at a huge surplus, look overall better and pretty much no sides (besides feeling shltty the first week and change) but no acne no libido loss , no shrunk grapes ether so great stuff so far . And strength is up there too

Since your doing decline bench, when you go back, don't let your back touch and do 4-0-5-2. Then when your almost at the top, push your chest into your waist like a Crunch OR twist your elbow to your opposite knee.

Phew. Sushi buffet? I'd have downed a whole boat and ate till I was sick. Impressed with your dedication, sir.

Alright fellas so had to do a body comp test for class came out at 18% body fat lmao , till I switched the setting from "average" to "athletic" then it said 11% which my buddy swears is inaccurate cuz I have to be above that. So solved nothing for me lol but I can use it during cycle and still use it to keep in check of it going up or down
