Titans Wrath w/Gaspari Halodrol

Or maybe you have some underlying stress action going on. If you are on the second box, I doubt it's the halodrol

Stress? Really? Thats the fuel of my life!@ryane87 that wasnt meant as a smarta$$ remark at you, hope it didnt seem that way. Im typing in between various tasks at work

Definitely replace electrolytes and stay hydrated, maybe grab some coconut water if you can get your hands on it. Let us know how you're feeling later.

Lol stress (experienced some headaches myself earlier today) and dehydration - specifically not having enough of the micronutrients that help with hydration - are the culprit of it, I'm 99% sure. Whenever I get on an international flight I can never get enough water. I was asking the flight attendants for whole bottles but they wouldn't accommodate. lol I just ended up going to the back of the plane and filling up cup after cup of water. Get hydrated and get some electrolytes bros, it'll help more than you can imagine.

Thanks man! Im working on it but the crazies are out tonight and keeping us busy. I did get 20+ oz of gatorade down and working on water now. Im going to TRY and shut my eyes for a little bit. Doubt itll happen for long. We had other counties helping us cover calls tonight. Ridiculous!!

Haha I believe it man. I saw the moon turn an orange-ish red color last night. From my own personal experience, after that is when the crazy **** happens. I've experienced everything from crazy people all the way to supernatural (at least I believe they were) encounters when the moon changes like that. Stay safe and get some shuteye if you can.

For what its worth, todays my first day back to wearing these hot a$$ button up shirts at EMS instead of a polo. So I havent won this shirt since just before Memorial Day. Went to put my arms over my head to relax, barely could, I have the sleeves straight screaming for help!! Took a quick picture to shareInvalid Link Removed

That shirt looks like it hates your awesomeness haha

Change of subject. Just left work and headed home for some SLEEEEP! Before I do, I want to to thank all my AM First Responders. All my Firefighter, Law Enforcement, EMS, Dispatchers and members of the Military past and present, thank you! On the 15th Anniversary of 9/11, remember the past, embrace the security of our future and stay safe! We should aways have each others 6!!!

Haha this made my night

HAHA! That's awesome. Never thought about that.

Man I hope you guys didn't think I was serious! I wear a 17 inch and a dress shirt but because the collar does not button on my EMS shirt I can go with a 16 1/2.that's why the sleeves are tight, but last year at this time they were not so I feel pretty good about that

How's the BP doing?

Not really sure. Havent checked it today but I still have this weird feeling. Im still tired, but when I got off this morning I got about 3 hours of sleep. We had a busy day with with a family lunch and family night for my wife's uncle that passed Friday. But, its almost like the pounding comes and goes, primarily on the left side of my head, the left side of my face gets to feeling flush, and sometime it causes a very quick "blurring" of the vision in my left eye. Every now and then I get a little pain in the eyes as well. So Im at a loss for words. BP? Sinus infection? Who knows. Im back in the gym tomorrow and well see how it all feels. Ive had a total of 6 hours of sleep since 0530 Friday morning, so Im fixing to crash so I wont be dragging at work tomorrow. Any ideas guys?

Did the Gatorade help at all? Sounds like you need to up your water intake quite a bit. I'm drinking anywhere from 1.5 - 2 gallons a day.

I felt a little better after a couple of them, but I just never got to feeling like myself. This morning I still feel a little pressure, but it's diminished some. Starting to think the majority of it is sinus pressure and the start of an infection.

If it is anything with your BP try lose dose aspirin before bed this will reduce BP and increase circulation.

I have been dealing with allergies these last 5 ~ 6 weeks, some days pretty bad. My wife also thinks I have a sinus infection, but I have no fever, just a continuous post nasal drip. At least my sinus pressure subsided a couple of weeks ago, that sucks big time. I hope yours resolves itself, or you find out what the cause is and kill it :). Mine seems to be getting better to where I appear to be able to control it with OTC meds, when I remember to take them *sigh*.

Yeah, I get one every year. This one seems to have snuck up on me. That combined with fatigue just got the best of me. Ill get it handled. I just want to hit the fricken weights today and sweat like theres no tomorrow!!!

Today's workout was fricken brutal boys!! But I got through workout B of my new lifted67 HST program, and B stands for B1tch!!!
Warmups were 15 lat pulldowns and a total of 30 walking lunges. Time for work. Sorry if the numbers arent to impressive, but going into this program, Im measuring the sets of 15, and wanting to make sure I get through them all.
Flat DB bench
W/U 45x15...slow
70lbs 15x2

Incline DB press( supposed to be flyes but I misread)
65lbs 15x2

Croc rows
100lbs 15x2. No straps, and ai always use them, so I was really happy

Deadlifts
WU 135lbs x 15
225lbs 15x2.. Again, no straps

Lying leg curls
15x2(unsure of weight because the type of machine)

Spider Curls
40lbs 15x2

Skull crushers(seated db tricep press)
100lbs 15x2

Calf raises(used barbell on my shoulders)
315lbs 15x2

High face pulls
120lbs 15x2

Low face pulls
100lbs 15x2
I was sweating like crazy and felt pumped, overall like a fricken beast!! Attaching a picture, nothing to impressive, but I was stoked about seeing a bit of "peak" in my biceps finally. Not to bad considering I Didnt feel 100% all weekend.

Nice workout brotha keep it rollin arms lookin full!!

Nice workout man. You should stop using straps until your heaviest sets anyway. I do my back work with thumbless grip to try and take the bis out as much as possible. I will chalk up on my very heaviest sets so I can 100% focus on form and not something slipping

Once you get used to not using straps, you'll be even stronger when you start using them again
