I work 4 days out of the week so I always eat out on those days. Here is my typical schedule:What's your diet like?
You brought up a really good point. I will measure my BP 3 times daily until I start cycle so I have a good baseline of where it should normally be at during different times of the day. Also blood pressure varies throughout the day even if you're not doing anything. The pressure cycle tends to be person specific. You should work out if that is your daily high, middle or low reading so you can compare it during your cycle.
u have to limit ur salt big time , and most likely cut off mcdonalds, just watch ur diet and bp shouldnt be an issueI work 4 days out of the week so I always eat out on those days. Here is my typical schedule:
12:00 PM - Work
2:00 PM - Break (I always eat at McDonalds for 15 minutes during break. I used to eat a small cheeseburger with small fries and cup of water. Lately I've been eating just McChicken sandwich with no mayo.)
4:00 PM - Lunch (I would eat either at Chipotle, Panda Express, Rubio's, Subway, and The Habit since they are walking distance from my work place)
7:00 PM Break ( I tend to drink a generic energy drink that is equivalent to Monster. I've been trying to stop so lately I just drink a small black coffee at McDonalds)
9:00 PM I go home and make myself dinner. Sometimes I eat ground beef, chicken, or ground turkey with pasta, rice, yams, or sweet potatoes. I do season them with garlic salt, sea salt, or other flavored seasonings.)
On days when I don't work I try to not eat out (sometimes I do). I would eat oatmeal, almonds, eggs, yams, fish, chicken, ground beef, ground turkey, greek yogurt, milk, cereal, peanut butter, protein powder, pasta, homemade burgers, and rice. I do snack on some junks here and there when my sister brings them home like chips, cookies, etc. I don't do cardio, but I do plan on doing light cardio once a week some time in the near future. My sleep can average anywhere between 6-8 hours depending on the day.
EDIT: I check myfitnesspal and I notice my daily sodium ranges anywhere between 2000mg to 3500mg. Some cases 4000mg but that's once every 1 or 2 weeks.
Nah you no dik my man! You right I need to make a change big time in my diet. Maybe I'm not ready for PH just yet. I decided to put my anabolic game plan on hold until I fix my sh!tty diet. Thousand thanks my man!Just speaking on the diet, you need to ask yourself what kind of commitment you want to make to this lifestyle. I say before you start using anything you need to figure out how to feed yourself like a bodybuilder before you start hopping on a cycle. Just because you feel like you need to eat whatever because your build is small is going about it wrong. Learn how to grocery shop, prepare your meals and feed yourself properly. You don't even have that down. Cycling isn't the answer.
Not being a dik, just my honest opinion.
You right. Im gonna start tracking my salt from now on.u have to limit ur salt big time , and most likely cut off mcdonalds, just watch ur diet and bp shouldnt be an issue
Thanks for the recommendation. I'll def look into those products!you can also take support supps to help lower pressure...
Celery Seed Extract
Hawthorne Berry
CO Q10
Agmatine
Potassium Nitrate
You right my man! I'll try a low sodium diet for a month and see if my average bp decreases.I've had to deal with numerous BP issues when cycling. Your reading of 130/80 isn't great but it isn't atrocious either. That being said, you really need to control your sodium intake. Eating two fast food/carry out meals a day when you are working probably puts you way above your sodium requirements especially if you are adding salt to your prepared meals. If you are concerned about BP when cycling start doing steady state cardio (or even better HIIT if you can handle it) for a few weeks before hand (keep your heart rate elevated for 15-25 mins), and limit the sodium, this should improve your BP immensely. If it is still an issue given your family history, talk to your doc and if he feels its appropriate have him get you a script for a beta-blocker while you're on cycle, you will have to taper up and taper off (if you want to go off) with this, and only resort to this if dietary and life style changes don't work. Also kind of random, but stop using sea salt, use iodized table salt if you need seasoning, iodine will help a lot with thyroid function and sea salt has virtually none.
Thanks I threw away my sea salt. Will look into the iodized one.For Salt, I actually like to use Morton's lite salt. which is 50% sodium chloride and 50% potassium chloride.
It cuts down on the amount of sodium intake, plus give you extra potassium, which is something a lot
bodybuilders don't get enough of because of their hi-protein diets.
No more McDonalds for me. Thanks! If you get your diet in check you will probably be fine. Stay away from McDonald's for a while
Hmm...you got a good point. I decided to post pone my first ever PH cycle to another time. I'll def need to get my diet in check first. Thanks !Those numbers aren't horrible, but I'd make sure that the diet is in check. Avoid sodium. Also, take this from someone who used to weigh 130 @ 5-6 1/2 (170cm) long time ago: just start eating right, do full body workouts focusing on big compound exercises, get enough protein in your diet, start using creatine, multivitamin and fish oil - and you don't need any other supplements. No prohormones, no support, nothing at all. You should be able to get from 130 to 160 like I did without too much trouble. Then see if the time is right to start using DHEA based compounds.
I never cycle without lisinopril on hand, works wonders for me. I also run cialis on cycle for bp control, 20mg ED works great. Can I just recommend you ordering an ACE-II inhibitor like Enalapril or Lisinipril from an Indian pharmacy? You could take that with garlic extract and nattokinase and have a really healthy heart stack while on the cycle.
Trimetazidine would be a finishing touch on keeping the heart healthy. All of these are just as easily accessed as research chems.
Lisinopril is very effective at lowering BP, I used to take it all the time. Unfortunately it can really mess with your free T levels. Can I just recommend you ordering an ACE-II inhibitor like Enalapril or Lisinipril from an Indian pharmacy? I did not know this! Thanks!Lisinopril is very effective at lowering BP, I used to take it all the time. Unfortunately it can really mess with your free T levels.

It's not a deal huge on cycle if you're getting exogenous test. However based on bloods I've had while using ACE inhibitors, it has lowered my free T on cycles where my total was >3000 and my free wasn't where it should be, also my SHBG was elevated beyond what it normally is for that cycle (but I wasn't using mast so there's that). That's why I use beta blockers now, they come with there own set of issues, but don't effect hormone levels. Good call on the nattokinase though
Clear PMs please!I did not know this! Thanks!
I also use Calcium channel blockers as well - I find those work even better tbh.
