It's a fact that white voters have held the electorate for a long time.

Trump is simply telling them what they want to hear. The most resounding message is an anti-immigrant one. What other conclusions are there to draw?

Not to mention the fact that several prominent white supremacists have expressed their support for Trump.

As I've said many times, regardless of if it's true or valid, many people see Trump as "change" (that was Obama's entire campaign phrase at one point); they're sick of the Bushes and Obamas, and the idea of a politician who isn't one (most people still don't view him as a politician) is appealing to many people, while what he actually stands for isn't really all that important to them (most people who support him probably don't know all that much about his platform honestly). There are also people who like that Trump speaks his mind, and isn't "PC." These factors apply not only to white people. Then there's also the fact that his opponent is the very unpopular and untrustworthy Hillary. So, as I've said already, there are other reasons why people support Trump than "white people want to hold the electorate," and the fact that some non-white people support him is evidence of that...

Im first generation in this country, english is my second language. Im an anchor baby. Ive been a victim of racism from blacks, whites, latino's, asians, etc...ALL my childhood and growing up.

Many people arent nice.....its a hard world....I say to those race card throwers...Grow a fuqing thick skin and get over it and do what you gotta do to lift yourself up. Take personal responsibility for your shortcomings.

I can see your point, as I've said before. I hear racist things come out of the mouth of Trump supporters on a daily basis where I live. Other white people here seem to assume that you share their views, so I get an insider view all the time. It's not OK for me to share my observations, though.

God forbid anyone speak their mind when it comes to calling out blatantly racist overtones....... I guess it's not OK for me to speak my mind :)

Oh, plenty of Trump supporters are racist, but plenty aren't. I've also heard people I know very well say that they're supporting Trump in this election, and I know they're not racist. In fact, I know some people who support Trump this election who said that he may be or is a racist and/or says stupid/racist things. I think a lot of his success is due to timing; if we weren't coming off of 8 years of Bush then 8 of Obama, he probably wouldn't have made it out of the primaries, and if he wasn't running against Hillary, he'd probably have no chance of winning the election. I took issue with the wording; I read it as you saying that Trumps success is due ONLY to white people fearing they are losing the electorate, not that it's only one factor. You can say that racism helps Trump, but you can't say he's only where he is due entirely due to white racists, because that's clearly not true, as evidenced by any non-white people supporting him.

Thing is, anyone can easily show stats and prove that Trump supporters are mostly white. And it's also easy to prove that a large group of his supporters are very angry, even violent. There's more than enough proof on this.

But there are no stats showing that the majority of democratic supporters are black. Saying so isn't racist, it's just false. African-Americans are a minority, and do not make up the majority of the democratic supporters. Democrats are racially diverse. Republicans are mostly white.

Non-hispanic whites make up 89% of Republican supporters
Non-hispanic whites make up 60% of Democrat supporters

Those illegals are the politicians that need to be impeached for violating their oath of office over and over again. I've lived in Texas all my life. The idea that illegals are ruining this country is absolutely hilarious. They're not preventing people from getting work that people really want. Like I said, nobody here is antsy to cook 16 hours in a kitchen or wake up at 5 for 12 hours of landscaping.

if believing that makes you feel better, cool, but that hasn't been my experience. I'm personally not voting for him (or Hillary), but know many people with PhDs and MDs that plan on voting for him. It's much more complicated than just saying a bunch of rednecks are voting for him. If the angry, white, uneducated population is such a force in this country, how did we just have a black president for 2 terms?

I've never understood how anybody could be proud of having nothing more to offer than skills that are so easily given to people that they view as lazy and uneducated. If you have a job where you are replaceable by somebody that you look down on, then maybe that says more about you than it does about them. I've seen this in Chicago and now Dallas and couldn't agree more with your post. Who exactly is going to do these jobs?

Don't get me wrong. I unfortunately see racist morons that I went to grade school with posting pro-Trump stuff on facebook, but they're not the only ones that say they are going to vote for him. My suspicions are that they don't actually leave the basement long enough to vote.

No. For those who are overcoming their environments and conditions the challenges they face are not related to that.

The one that I discribed are the ones that you are referring to are different and I have already made the distinction.

There is a bottom of the barrel of all races and the bottom barrel behaviors and characteristics I previously discribed are the platform or conduit (an armed black felon shot resisting police) to the debate for equality and or the inequality.

Im sorry but there is social and cultural inequality in all races. White trash criminals Americans and law abiding white Americans are as much inequal as thug black Americans and law abiding African Americans.

The fatherlessness I mention is very strongly correlated to the lower level cultural and social competence of all races and the result is s social and cultural inequality (and I admit that there is stereotyping that goes on making it difficult for many) that they want to blame on others.

I have as much issue with a POS skin head white supremisist as I do with a gang banging black thug. They have earned their "inequality" and "they" no nothing of the struggle and only contribute to the divide.

I'm not sure I understand the obsession with males having to head the household. I was raised by a single mother, and achieved a Master's degree. My father wasn't really in the picture for most of my childhood. I also never went to jail.

Are you saying that women are incapable of raising children?
