Bulk of your energy because you've trained your body to adapt to that, once a week or two passes you have more energy than when you were previously eating carbs everyday.

Good to hear that from someone! When I Read into , that's basically what it implied, so I Was hoping. I know it the "steak and eggs " but I may end up using chicken once a week so i dont get too bored with it.

I think thats fine, but someone correct me if I'm wrong... Steak has more cals so you'd have to eat more chicken on those days to meet your goal. Forgetting the semantics, its really the same, high protein, zero carb!

Chicken has a little more protein (like 8% more) than steak, but steak has more calories. About 20% more.
 
So a few updates. I blew my chest day up this morning, same routine as last time,added a few lbs here and there. Not much, which is where I am going next. My body is so confused right now!! I havent had carbs in 4 days.. NONE. I could tell it today when lifting. This is the weird part, my mind kept telling me to push more and more, my body was screaming the same thing, but I was reaching failure sooner than normal. But, somehow I I could still muster the gumption to push through, which caused an intense sweat and what I believe to be one of my better cheat days in a while. 2 more days and I can eat whatever I want, for that day only. Im assuming the combination of the Halodrol and everyones comments, that I just felt like a .... Well, a Titan!! No doubt man, you will fo sho. I used to guzzle 6-8 Mt Dew a day. Kept a fridge in my home office stocked full of em. Heck, I installed a "bar wand" in our old house and had 6 different sodas on tap at all times. When I started Power90 years ago and my drink option was water, I about died!

Hell yes! Low carb has certainly worked me as far as leaning out. I've learned I'm pretty sensitive to them, so I try and stay on top of my carb cycling protocol. I would so do steak and eggs every day, twice a day, if I could afford that much steak! Lol

You're showing great progress still, keep pushing brother!

Thanks brother! And fyi, Im not spending too much on it. I buy cheaper cuts, thats my sacrifice for the end result. But today, I went to Walmart and boom... Top sirloin, 2.75lbs of it for $9. Damn near 3 of my meals right there!!

Yeah, for sure! Man, doesnt even sound pleasant. Lol

That is actually a traditional Asian meal. Fried egg over rice. Or sometimes they make a rice omelette of sorts, almost stir frying the egg in with the rice. Not really an omelette as there is much more rice than egg, so it is rice w/ egg versus egg w/ rice, and not totally stir frying as it isn't 100% "crispy", but different texture than scrambled eggs.
 
The closest Chik-Fil-A to us is 25 ~ 30 minutes away. For the longest time I would get up every Saturday morning and make the drive to pick up breakfast for the family (wife and daughter love their breakfast fillets). An hour round trip I could manage, not sure about an hour each way though :)

It's a about a hour in a half for me so it's a delicacy haha but I'm not a fan of there breakfast I love bk breakfast lol
