Yeah man, I'm so sensitive to carbs, I can look at a biscuit and put on weight, I've pretty much eliminated all simple carbs from my diet, sit at around 2800 calories and am still 16% bf hahaha I will be doing a major cut soon though, I wanna be cut up at least one time in my life

Carbs are 150 to 200 half wat im used to ... i think thats where the weight loss is comin from as for macro adjustments.
 
Yeah I hit about 150-200 a day, it's hard haha but I'll have to try drop it to more like 100 and up my protein when I decide I wanna look lean as fook

True back to work tomorrow so I don't know how often I'll be online but I'll spend a good portion of the day in the evening blasting out all of my updates and all of my logs and to all of my buddies so stay tuned

I been hitting hard ass 1 on 1 off work outs . Oddly top half then bottom ... noticed a huge increase in strength from the 1 ad and 4 ad .... not decrease in sperm or sex drive as of yet !!!! On bottle 2 doing 2 ml 2x a day . My pwo meso definitely giving me the mental focus and extreme stamina guys !!! My pic uploads have been getting yanked down ... not sure why :(

Screw you man. I've been avoiding buying this because I don't believe in pre-workout all that much...but I've wanted to try it and keep spending the money on other stuff. I have BMP, Follidrone and Origin and more Sup3r-11 on the way and I won't even start using that stuff for at least 6 more weeks.. now I gotta go find $35 to buy a tub of Meso

I haven't used Icon 11 but I used XI-KT which that is a clone of, and Sup3r-11.

2-3 ml a day and the stuff shines for fat loss. At those doses it is best for cutting, but it may also be great as an add on to your cycle. I was using sup3r-11 at 500 mg/day (equivalent of 6 ml of Icon 11) and the stuff was definitely becoming anabolic at that dose...mildly. Again, as an add on it could be awesome, or save it for a cut at a lower dose.
 
Oh, and it shines for cortisol control. Which is why it is a good cutter.
