Ah okay. I've always wondered if I could just waterproof a scale and do that hydrostatic one in my pool ?
 
Msten is blowing. Me. Up. The pumps I get after my first warm up set is ridiculous considering its set #1. Legs and shoulders today. Hit squats first. Couple sets at 225, 315 and 405 before hitting 2 singles at 495 and another at 500. Some other quad and hammies. Then shoudlers. I've noticed the most chance in size in my back and shoulders thus far. Crazy bigger compared to start and even more of a change from before halodrol. Everything still feels good. Little dry in my ankles but I can take it lol. I'm going to start some fasted cardio every other day for about 30 minutes for the next 2 weeks and see where that puts me definition wise.

Msten is good stuff. How's the back pump? Getting any?
 
Slight back pumps during squat, dl, and hip sled. Bad during SLDL but I only do those once a week.

They never last long for me. I can finish my workout without pain
 
250.5 home scale this morning. empty stomach. 11 pounds. Going to train hard, eat a little more this week and hope for about 254 in the next 10 days.
 
When do you start pct again?
 
Last nights workout was late after work. I remember now why I dont do late workouts lol. Wasn't the best intensity ever. Still got it finished though, and today off.
 
Having a hard time getting to sleep right now.. not sure what it would be other than I took my dose a bit later than usual. Everything else remained the same. Will post weight after I get some damn sleep...
 
On vacation bow, still hitting the gym and getting to that 300protein mark. Went to tru>fit gym in lone tree, CO a bit ago and it was amazing. Very nice gym. Still no side effects really.. I'm very surprised. Sweating a lot from light activity. Example, we walked a zoo today and should not have sweated as much as I did lol. 5 more days, then nolva clomid sup3r pct. I will also keep on my himalaya livercare, simply because it's an amazing product. Also started epicatechins today and will run through pct and 2 weeks after. Sleeping fine, acne is still under control, no real bloating (only after high carb meals sometimes). Love trenX.
 
What do you think about running something like anabeta elite during pct? I've never tried abe, but start pct tomorrow and think I may run Ave during the pct.

Thanks georgetown. It's an addiction lol. And I would definitely add it clk. It will help keep gains and aid in natural strength boost during pct which is also nice. I would run it if it were me, but I already have epicatechins and a few other goodies. I am going to run Abe and follidrone 2.0 later on for a natty cycle. But again, for you I would 100%. Never used Abe but it gets a lot of good word around here. Dma378 maybe ran abe??
 
Also. No gym today :( did do a lot of walking and hiking. Went to seven falls and pikes peak. Then ate some pizza.... shhhh. Atleast it was chicken pizza..right?

Never ran ABE. But like you said, gets a lot of praise. So probably something to it.
 
Currently sitting on my bedside and gliding my fingers through my hair.. much more falling out than usual. Not sure if that's just my mind playing games or if it's the ph. Good thing I have a thick head of hair. It's not terrible or noticeable, just can tell a difference
 
Hit legs tonight with my brother. Pr on leg press. 1005lbs for 4 solid reps. Brought my hands to my knees for 2 more. Felt good. Hit squats after. Another pr. 405 for a set of 8. Only did 4 sets on squat counting 135 to warm up my ankles and hips. Overall nice leg day. Headed back home in the morning
 
Last 3 pills today. Home scale said 252 this morning. 13lb gain isn't too bad for 2 weeks at a deficit and 3 at maintenance. Realistic weight should be about 256 as stated a couple posts back. Strength is still awesome. Will update now about every 3 of 4 days through pct. Running sup3r pct by OL with multi, epicatechin, fish, super cortisol control, nolva and clomid RC, and finishing off my joint supp.
 
First 40mg nolva today. Can tell its legit stuff. bitter, and cloudy once mixed. clomid tonight before bed @50mg. Any suggestions for this separate morning night dosing? thanks
 
I'd just take both at the same time for convenience, but it doesn't really matter either way.
thats what Im thinking. If the clomid is anything like the nolva I will take them just in the morning. Wasn't the most pleasant taste, but wasn't the worst ever either lol

These are the first two products of their kind I have ever purchased. I can tell they're working so I believe we're good. Also, stepped on the dxa scale. I am still 255. No weight lost as of yet. Day 3 pct. Bit 505 squat today and rested for 5 minutes before hitting 225 for 31 rep burn out with a buddy. I am shot..
 
251 this morning home scale. So far first week of pct no lbs lost. Sleep is good, no bad side effects. Did have a slight hot flash last night and felt slightly like passing out. But passed quickly. Thinking it's from the clomid. Other than that all is good!
 
250. Chest and tri today and did I feel strong or what. Hit bench. 135x30 225×8×2 275x3x2 315x2.5. Haven't touched 315 for awhile.. let alone for 2 almost 3 reps. Couldn't get 3 locked out but had it up to the point where I could rack it. Strength from epicatechins and the clomid? I'm not sure but I'm liking it. Seems to be keeping the weight on me too. Very happy. No side effects, just a little moody on occasion.
 
Half way through week 3 of pct.. would it be ok to start oxyshredz elite by genone? Or should I continue to just eat and recover from the PH first Dma378

I think it's a little early. That cortisol is going to still be rising at this time in pct. No time to add to the catabolism by cutting with a fat burner. Few more weeks in my opinion.
 
End of week 3 pct. 249 this morning. Feel good, everything is definitely back to normal lol. Girlfriend enjoys it. I'll post probably 1 or 2 more times. Thanks for the few that followed.
 
How's strength holding up?
 
Good. Great actually. Hit 315 again for 2 so non lost atleast. Haven't squared for about 8 days.. but I hit leg press 2 days ago for 12 reps. 955. I have a pretty badecent bruise on my hip from a belt from my 515 squat about 2 weeks ago. Almost healed.
 
Nice. Good to hear. I got sick as **** for about a week in my pct. So my strength has been kinda ****ty. But I feel pretty recovered from being sick and feeling strong again.

Can't imagine getting sick during pct.. hell. Way to push through m8. That feeling of getting strong after something like that is great motivation
 
Actually gained .8 since last weigh. Could be water, most likely. Isn't a decline though so I'll take it. Final weight 249.8 and strength holding steady. Still have 3 weeks with epicatechin. I really, truly believe that helped me in strength during pct. I always have good runs with epi products. Thanks again to all who followed and helped me with questions and what not. Especially Dma378. Huge help for this second cycle!
