Day 11 pump city was pumpin even with my workout lagging was really tired this morning wasnt really in it but the massive pumps wer still there . no days off of work last week had to work sat and sunday then all this coming week guess thats the perks of the family business lol any who here was the workout warmup 10 reps each kb swings plyo pushups goblet squats 1 min jog on treadmill had a good sweat goin thr workout was a 6 round 8 rep circuit of incline db press 75 lb deads with bent row 185 squat 205 over all it was a good workout more updates to come

Good to see the pumps were still there even though you weren't really feeling all the motivation today. Hopefully seeing some of those pumps helped a little bit. I'm subbed!

Plasma jet is no joke it was a half effort workout and the pump is still here as i type this lol
 
Been having that kinda month as well my friend and definitely can say Plasma Jet makes it better. Keep killing it bro, liftings the one thing im sure all of us can say we enjoy each time so just try and have fun with it on those harder days!
Plasmajet should be a basic lifters right hahah each gym should have a 1 dose dispenser next to each water fountain lol

Haha in a couple years I'll hit you up, that can be the slogan written above the water fountain! I just gotta find a way to keep the smell from leaving the gym before the cops show up and start asking questions about the "herb" smell lmao
 
Day 13 my trip to pump city was in full effect this mornig took 4 caps pwo the workout was upperbody hypertrophy 3 tri sets for each body part 15 sec rest between sets
Chest:fb db press 60 lbs 12 reps
Cable x over 35 lbs 15 reps
Incline db fly 25 lbs 20 reps

Back:lat pull down 100 lbs 12 reps
Db bent over row 50 lbs 12 reps
Hyperextensions 15 reps

Shoulders: smith press close grip 135lbs 12 reps
Smith press wide grip 135 lbs 10 reps
Bent lat raise 25 lb db 10 reps

Day 14 pump city was pumpin took 4 caps pwo hit legs/chest the workout was 4 rounds of a giant set for legs:squat- split squat- hammy curl - calve rasie my legs wer on fire
Chest was 5 drop sets of 5 reps 275-255-235-225-205 lbs on smith machine flat bench my chest is still pumped from that arms is tomorrow gonna dose 6 caps pwo stay tuned for more updates
 
Day 15 my trip to pump city was a lil bit different this morning took 6 caps pwo warmed up and felt that ish kick in !!! I did arms this mornig the workout was 5 rounds of giant sets 4 exercises 15 reps each with 20 seconds rest between sets
Biceps:rev curl -wide grp curl- lying cable curl - preacher curl
the weight i used was light but the pump was heavy this workout was aweaome
Triceps: cable pressdowns- skull crushers -close grip bench- reverse grip pull downs
My arms wer on fire this morning the combo of 6 caps of pj and the giant sets with light weight was on point great overall workout more updates to come

The pump was awesome and the sweat was pouring off me my rest periods wer 20 seconds after each super set my body is still pumped as im typing this lol loving this product more updates to come

Damn look at them muscle bumps!! The sweat needs a 4 wheeler to get from your shoulder to your wrist!!
 
Another great trip to pump city morning workout was a little pressed for time so i did not rest between sets i took 1 cap of epidrone and 4 caps of pj this workout was a pump / sweat fest i felt strong even with no rest my shoulders wer gassed but over all it was an excellent workout for the bench and row superset i used 135lbs for all 4 rounds it was a killer next week will be fun as the reps change to 8-10 range so i will be going heavier with weight a little side note the last few doses of pj been giving me headaches is this happening to anyone else here was the workoutInvalid Link Removed

had a sh&#! Workout this morning woke up exhausted my lil guy was up all night but the pump Invalid Link Removedwas there lol took 1 cap of epidrone and 4 caps of pj Sets wer 8-10 with 20 seconds rest plasma jet is legit i would advise anyone to give it a try almost done with this box gonna order me some more my arms are stilk pumped as i type this even with half the effort from a bad workout more updates to come
 
no training was scheduled but i woke up feelin great so i hit arms why not rite lol pump city was in full effect took 1 cap of epidrone and 4 caps of pj pwo and the pumps began hit a quick warmup with my resistance bands then got rollin the workout was 4 giant sets for bis/tris 30 seconds rest between sets
Biceps: str8 bar curl 95 lbs hammer curl 40 lbs zotman curls 30 lbs reverse grip ez bar curl 60 lbs
Triceps:reverse grip close grip bench 185lbs v bar press down 65 lbs double rope press down 45 lbs my arms wer on fire what a pump. I have a few workouts left with this box but i will getting more plasma jet my body looks and feels fuller/leaner i feel stronger and my workouts feel complete gonna stack this with super pump to see how that works more updates to come
