Alpha and his Legal Gear bulk kit!

Objective today was go in the gym and destroy arms. Objective: complete!
Workout:
Seated Overhead tricep ext/ Close grip 4 sets 25-30 reps each
Tricep push down / overhead cable tricep extension 3 sets 25-30 reps each
Incline Db curl / standing alternating Db curl 3 sets 25-30 reps each
Rope hammer curls/ cable curls
3 sets 25 - 30 reps each
Skull crushers/ standing bar curl 2 sets 8-10 reps each
Tricep push down/ cable curl 2 sets 8-10 reps
Then some ab work, no cardio today but back at it tomorrow after leg day then will probably just hit cardio and abs on Thursday
Added 25 g carbs preworkout I'll do ether fruit or cereal cuz the weight is down at 195 lbs but I'm not complaining looking leaner and only a week in

Yeah. Stoppani isn't my favorite but his training routines offer some really good tools to use. Btw great volume alpha. The extra carbs pre will pay dividends almost immediately too. Had a question for you. How'd the plasma jet interact with the kit. I'm currently using a pa pre with max reps but love me some jet. So curious as to how the two meshed for you

I haven't noticed much difference with or without the pj during workouts , the pj was giving me longer pumps and with the kit I'm getting almost an all day kind of pump which I got on my last andro run but it wasn't as strong as it is now

Invalid Link Removed just to keep you guys in the diet loop still got my regular chicken and rice and flax seeds but for lunch switched it to chicken , pasta made from white/brown rice and quinoa cuz my girl buys it cuz it's better she says lol, red peppers and some greenage with feta cheese and almonds for fat!

Watch out with that sodium man it makes u retain a lot of water wich will make u feel and look bloated. I cut almost all of it out and im starting to see more muscle

Good point , when I was at my leanest was when I had tried cutting all possible sodium out
 
Leg day!! Nothing special today tired and lack of energy early morning but all good got in there and still had a decent workout. Was at 196.8 right after emptying the tank so no upwards weight movement yet but I'm feeling "full" and leaner we'll see what the next 3 weeks got for us!

Squats
45 135 warmups

Leg press/calf raises on the leg press
8 plates x12/25 3 sets
Leg extensions
130x12 x3 sets
Step ups
Bar on my back 2 foot platform 10 reps each leg two sets. First time doing these and I hated them lol but for that reason I'll do them some more
Leg curls 130x12 3 sets
10 minutes on the bike heart rate 120-140 couldn't keep it too high so I hopped on the treadmill for another 5 minutes with heart rate at 155-160
Doing an ab workout in tonight's wellness class ... Yippee lol

Thanks man yeah it's great! I'm sure with a larger surplus id be up some lbs now like my bro Kickstart but slow weight gain is just as good specially with a recomp effect !
 
Solid leg day. Curious. I've done db step ups lots of times but never with the bar on back. If you've done the db version, was wondering how the weight being centered on back as opposed to out at the sides with dbs affected balance, stability and overall challenge of the move

I'm uncoordinated as fucc to begin with lmao so it was a little more difficult but since it was just the bar nothing major I'll use the bar to get comfortable with it
 
Wooooo back day turned into a war against time! Woke up extremely late (long ass day yesterday with a bunch of pain in my ass ppl) and then my dog had to go out so I had to keep the workout at like 65 minutes lol I'll upload the workout later but it was great.
Couple updates: getting angrier by the day and I'm not usually an angry person but e dry little thing pisses me for some reason . Still no weight gain but the mirror is starting to show me some lovin. Also body is feeing good libido is up I want to aggressively tear something up if you know what I mean. The anger thing is manageable I'm not sure why this is it didn't happen my last run still could be stress but all good just gotta keep frindin
 
The agression and anger is exactly what i got from that stack.

I don't mind it too much it's like an angry alpha male feeling and usually I'm calm and laid back (on the outside) lol so I'm controlling it but I still like t . And good to know about the tren it's number one on my list but too pus$y to add it to my first test run lol
 
A buddy of mine loves tren. Swears by it and he's transformed into a monster every since going to the dark side. Problem is he becomes a total rage monster every run. Will be having a conversation and he's all in a good mood and then he snaps bc his shoelace gets undone. It's not really directed at others from what I can tell but he definitely snaps. Tough to describe when you're not the one with direct experience but he admits it himself so. Anyhow for what it's worth lol
 
Ya a friend of mine had to stop after 2 weeks of the real stuff cuz he said he got to aggressive but sime people say if your not that way normaly then u can control it
 
Lol. Yeah. Maybe that's the case idk. Just some things I'm not willing to try personally. Although when you see the gains you stop and think for a second lol
 
I need a suggestion ! One of those cases again where I've hit everything except chest this week , thing is I wanted to rest tomorrow and leave chest for Saturday since I'm off work, now I just got opened an additional hour and a half tomorrow (in the morning) to hit the gym but idk what to hit lol

Try this workout done circuit style go for 5-8 reps per exercise 30 seconds rest for 3 rounds

Example of what I do: Incline bb 4-6reps/bo row 12-15. 4 working sets. Alternate normal grip with reverse grip on the rows. Neutral grip db bench6-8/1 arm rows 10-12 reps. Heavy weighted dips/hypers for reps unweighted. Crossover 10-12 reps/pulldowns. Go neutral grip since most ppl only focus on close or wide and rep at 10-12 scheme then finish up with 3 db pullovers with long pause at peak hold.
 
For the Ham core day it'll depend on what u did Wednesday. If u went heavy then rep, if u repped then do this. Warm up abduction/adduction 1x30. In swings heavy for 10-20. Glute bridge unweighted 1x30. Sumo dl 12,10,5,3,3,1
Romans 3x4-6
Db single Romans 3x8-10
Ghr 3x12-15
Core workout of choice. Rope crunch/smith hip raises/roller/heel touchers/pallofs. Do as circuit 3 rounds

That actually sounds freaking great bro I'm saving that for Monday thou cuz my back is on fire from this mornings workout , I've had workouts almost exactly like that before and they were great, for the bench/row super I use the ez bar and load it up with 2-3 plates on each side (it's about 15lbs at my gym)
 
Lol motivation at its finest haha, I got it figured out I think, chest tomorrow , shoulders traps Saturday legs and arms Sunday chest and back again on Monday !

Thats how it is sometimes. But thats why u realy dont need to plan days off cuz life will give u plenty of days off.

9 out of 10 of my rest days are due to my schedule/forced. I often end up planning my workouts around those days off.
 
Lol. Well guys when you're schedule is as open as mine you need to schedule then bc if I don't I'll be at the gym 7 days a week every week

Lmao that's how I am , my schedule isn't too far open but if I don't schedule a day to rest I won't rest haha
