How to eat?

I for the life of me cannot finish a box of pasta in one sitting and it's getting annoying. I'll end up with like 1/2 a bowl left that isn't really worth storing but kind of a waste to throw out as well. Anyone else have this issue? Really bothers me lol.
 
Why tf are you trying to eat an entire box of pasta at one time? Tip: drink your calories. A blender is your best friend
 
If you are trying to just add calories, put some olive oil on it to add plenty of fat. If you are trying to pound carbs, fix half a box and then some liquid carbs to wash it down. Just squeeze a few mouthfuls of honey to wash it down. :)
 
Sometimes with back to back classes I'll miss a meal and 1440 calories post workout for dinner helps make that up. I also like eating my calories more then drinking them
 
Grab some cheap tupperware from walmart or somewhere and put half of it in the fridge or bring it with you. A lot of us prep meals ahead of time for each day. A box of Protein Pasta makes 2 meals for me.

Also, eating slow helps being able to eat more at one time. If you eat fast, you fill up your stomach right away and makes you feel full.
