Starting 8 Week Cycle 1/4 andro questions

Well Epiandro is dry, so maybe Epidrone by BPS which also has Epicat (natty anabolic) in it as well. Any SARM savvy members ( yates84 Dma378 maybe?) that can recommend a good sarm to run with Epiandro that'll keep the stack dry? You could also run Epidrone with Dermacrine as a base. They're both dry. And like I've been telling everyone BPS is having that great sale on site right now. Stay the F away from Trest and probably even 4 andro if you're that susceptible to gyno.
 
Could use OL's Ar1macare Pro as the On Cycle Support for the cycle to keep any estro from the Dermacrine at bay.
Dermacrine shouldn't convert but Ar1marcare is what I use on cycle anyways so can't go wrong there.
 
I'm not really keeping tight track of it. I just know I'm hitting my protein macros and eating around 3000 cals. i don't really tighten up my diet until I cut before Summer. Around March probably. Have you had any side effects? From what I understand this is a mild enough cycle that sides are rare. I still have my exemestane on hand just in case. But i'm not really worried about it. Even the acne I had last week cleared up. Probably wasn't even a side effect at all.

You should be fine with your cycle. You can grab a $20 OCT just to be safe. Remember heart/organ health is a bigger priority than growing tits lol...
 
Only side I've had is no more boners... Have had sex twice in the last 3 weeks and no other 'self-gratification'. It's ok though...Gives me more time to lift!! Haha

Diet diet diet...it's not suppression, it's not because you need an AI. 1/4 andro are non methylated compounds, so they only don't pass through your liver like that. You need to eat a minimum of 4K calories a day of proper foods. If your diet lacks, you'll get negative symptoms. Your body is using its newly converted test to build muscle because you don't have enough nourishment from dieting to allow it to carry to all the good spots. Once you get your diet in check...andro stacks are amazing. Pretty much build hard lean muscle. Seriously up your caloric intake(as clean as you can) and the andro will work better at a lower dose too. Kill it man and stay safe. I just use primeval cycle support and my blood work is fine. Make sure you check your base levels with your doctor before you get started, then compare midway, then after pct. this is a very mild cycle comparable to most, but just like any drug...no calories or proper food=fatigue and zero sex drive. Oh and zero gains.
 
Min 4k if he's a hard gainer, meso or endo and he's better at 3,000-3500.
 
Right on, I know for me it's like 3888 on the money, but that's because I'm a chef and work in a kitchen 13hrs a day running around like an *******. Everyone's different for sure man. My ass gets fat on 4k lol, next gain phase I'm doing like 3k.

I wish I didn't have to eat so much. I was in a deficit at like 2300 and I felt like ****, forced myself to eat two more meals and the andro kicked back in full force within a week. Almost done my 8 weeks. Put on about 12lbs of clean muscle. Well I lost a lot of water weight at work from sweating so much.
 
I love food, I would do nothing all day but eat if I could lol

Hey guys back for an update. I'm currently at 185lbs now so definitely have gained a good bit of weight. Abs are slowly becoming less defined due to weight gain. Strength gains are going up noticeably and i can tell I've put on a good bit of muscle. Only a few more weeks left for me before post cycle starts. I haven't had any side effects at all. Maybe I can end up at around 190 by the end of the cycle that way i can cut down to 180-185ish after Winter. Seems like I gained a lot of my weight in about a 2 week period. Started at like 172-173ish and got up to about 178 after 4 weeks then all of the sudden 184-185ish
 
On another note, any tips for getting 3000 cal in fairly easy in a day. Been so long since I've ate that much lol. Trying to hit about 220g protein 80g fat and remainder carbs. Any quick easy snacks?

In my opinion, protein is high. Higher protein is most beneficial when in a deficit, 1g/lb is sufficient when bulking. Good fat number, just drop the protein a bit and up the carbs. As far as how to get the cals in, im a big fan of oats + fruit mixed together post workout, big bowls of rice, love me some sweet potatos. I also like to mix some butter + coconut oil into my coffee in the morning to help hit my fat macros.

Your right mate, im just finishing a 6 week cycle, gained some serious muscle, and lads i was skinny, now people say how big im getting, and i am. 4000 calories a day, maintenance calorie intake is 2700 so i always clear it by 1000 or more cals a day, ive put in 12lbs food wise, as i was gaining 2lb a week anyway just from my diet, then im convinced andro bulking stack help me put on another 16lbs as ive put on over 2 stone, very lean. Started at 10 stone 8, im 12 stone 13 today. Amazing product, had liver test and all good, annoying sides but easily manageable.
 
I've personally been scared to eat like that on an andro cycle, considering how mild it is supposed to be. That and I need to lose 10 pounds of fat. At the same time you hear of people eating in surplus, and melting fat while gaining strength.

My friend, super mass protein shake, 1250 calories per serving, 2 a day is with whole milk 2800, then eating 1200 calories of actual food is seriously easy.
 
Putting away quality calories is easy for me. That's not my struggle. It's the mental battle of wanting to get stronger while cutting fat that you'll find countless threads about on here. I have spent my first 2 weeks on cycle of 1/4/epi eating at around 1800-2000. Might be a mistake.

everyone is different, but thats a low amount of calories. There are 2 thoughts - 1) hormones will help spare muscle while on aggresive cut or 2) hormones allow you to possibly drop some fat while keeping calories higher than a typical cut and getting a good recomp effect. I typically coach people to increase activity instead of dropping cals. Once tehy cant or dont want to increase activity, then we slowly drop cals.
 
Hey. I'm on my last week of the 8 week cycle. Lifted yesterday and really struggled for some reason. For PCT I have clomid. I also have exemestane on hand. What's the proper way to dose during PCT? Also current weight is 186 up from 172 at start. Strength gains are noticeable also look stronger. Abs not near as noticeable but that's just part of it for now when gaining weight.
 
For Pct I was gonna do the following: Clomid 50mg/day for 2 weeks, 25mg/day for 2 more weeks (those tabs are 50mg)
Exemestane 12.5mg every other day throughout pct (those tabs are 25mg)

While this is probably not an ideal solution, I kinda agree. It was hard for me to eat more at first, because I'm a small guy naturally and I starting lifting @ only ~132 lbs or so. Even now, with much more experience under my belt, I am still not a big eater. If I start drinking more water during hot months, I can barely eat anything. My point is - high calorie shakes can help. I like making my own. Protein powder, oats, banana, peanut butter... very tasty and you get a ton of calories you can gulp in 2 minutes.

But on topic of 1-Andro and Andro products in general, I really would not eat too many calories over maintenence. From my experience, this will just make you fat, especially if your body fat % is not relatively low at the start of the cycle. 1-Andro solo gave me 3kg of solid, hard mass in 6 weeks, and I barely ate over maintenance weeks 3-6. OK, 3kg might not sound like much, but it actually does make a difference. And eating enough to support this kind of new muscle mass is very easy = you keep everything you gain after PCT.
 
Hey guys. I start PCT today. What should I expect as far as keeping gains. I've noticed that during these last couple weeks I look bloated a lot like a lotta water weight. I've gained almost 15lbs during this cycle and strength gains have gone way up. I'm currently doing sets of 250. Started out doing sets of 190 benching. Will I keep my gains now that I'm off the andros. What should I expect taking 12.5 exemestane every other day and clomid each day. 25mg for 2 weeks then half that for 2 more weeks.
 
Go by feel and try to keep volume and weight up. Continue to keep calories up but as clean as possible and you can probably keep a good amount. I remember last run I had I lost a bit but i think thats normal.

I just don't see myself being able to hit my numbers today. Hopefully I'm wrong. I plan to keep my diet the same. 3000 cal being very conscious of protein intake. I just don't wanna lose strength and muscle. I figure I should still be able to do sets at 230 after everything is over. And hopefully weigh above 180. My bf percentage has gone up but not as bad ask thought because I'm pretty sure it was water weight.

I retained and actually gained another lb in my last PCT, but I ran two different compounds. My strength suffered a bit but I put that down to the general low feel in PCT. I fixed the slight loss of strength by adding things like pre-fatigue and super sets into my workouts. And hey, can't argue with that extra lb haha!
The truth of it is that you are going to feel weaker and lower during PCT, it's just how it is unfortunately. But adding things like pre-workouts, test boosters and other "natty anabolics" to your SERM based PCT will make it slightly more tolerable and help you retain more of your gains.

I agree with initforgainz, have you got any supps you can add in that will help maintain motivation/strength/endurance?

Obviously, eating enough to maintain your current bodyweight and continuing to train appropriately are paramount.

Yes, no Exemestane for the first three weeks.
I know it sounds wierd but your Clomid should have you covered for those weeks. Crashing your estrogen is something you really don't want to do. The purpose of Exemestane during PCT is to get rid of the excess estrogen and prevent rebound.
