I can't stand shins. I've broken most bones and in more fights than most people. But kick me in the shin and I'm gonna turn into a little ***** for a couple minutes. Lol.

^^this^^ when I used to kickbox, they had a foam pad over a metal pole you had to practise kicks on, long story short, I don't kickbox anymore for that reason haha

Hahaha I know how you feel. I boxed for a long time. After about a month with 1 pair of gloves for training, I had blown out the knuckle padding and my coach was like "Go work on the wall for a while" Fastest way I've ever broken multiple knuckles at once.

Any of u guys ever get a mild pain on the bicep peak after a heavy curling seesion ?

Sometimes the extea strength is a curse cuz we dont realize how strong we are until we tear a muscle or strain it beyond use .

Iam truly thankful for you guys and this site . I feel if I ever hit it big this will be where it started :lol:

My pumps are painful in that spot, I've had bicep injuries before and it usually sits above my peak. In the brachial muscle
 
Just measured biceps and forearms with wifey .

Bicep 17.25
Forearm 13.00

That's a 1.5 inch growth in 11 days for biceps and 1.25 growth for forearms.

10 sets of 10 is wat i aim for . I feel higher reps faster whipping motion helps grow ...
Last set is always negatives til failure.

I personally think that it was cyst inside the muscle that popped either way it feels better little bit of burning sensation inside the muscle but there's no more pain no more cramping no ball left so it could have just been assist thanks everybody for your concerns you guys are ****ing awesome I wouldn't be here without you guys
Good to hear brother. With the stack your on you don't want to get injured... Focus on form and focusing on the muscle working till it's on fire. Keep The your motion smooth.

Bro, I hope you didn't pop a cyst. That would be really really bad.
 
Why is that? I have done it before it feels like a large pimple in the muscle and I popped it. Obviously I should have had it drained?

Was it an internal cyst or had it already come to a head like a pimple?

If it just popped and drained itself its fine but if it was internal you'll be looking at a possible infection.

Yeah, after about 6 weeks it faded, I didn't have to take any time off with it
Just had to make sure I grabbed the plates palm down when setting up bars and machines so I could engage more tris than biceps.

Good idea !!! Sometimes active rest is the answer.
 
Some headaches starting to really bug me .
I may have to cut doses back a bit .

It is a huge stack with crazy doses, although every time I uped the dose on the LGD I had mad headaches for a few days but they just passed, maybe riding it out for a couple days might cure it :)
 
alphagainz i been rubbing directly into the muscles i work pre and 6 hrs post . Have u heard of this b4 ? Im seeing a hardening effect and wifey says im noticeably bigger , Also the ruler proved it :)
