Depth is great, no doubt about it. But if you are seeing results from just keeping tension on the muscle.. well there ya go. I don't know about you, but even me being 5'11 makes it a little harder to get full ROM compared to a 5'7 or '8 person. LOL sounds like an excuse but I am serious here.

Sold lifts dude!! I've never tried Halo. Been reading through the pages. Like you said, increased appetite is a sure sign of hormonals working!!

Well then thats good, because my appetite is though the roof the last 2days. I ate an entire chicken an hour and a half ago and im wondering if I just dreamed that up

I'll be catching up soon bro my bad lol ou know you're my boy ! I wouldn't say take both at once , when I dosed my 1/4 andro all at once last run I got lethargic as fucccccc those days had to keep it split almost stopped the run but noticed that was the only thing I did different, as soon as I changed it I was back to normal

I wonder in all honesty, if when people think Im not going down far enough, if thats what it is. I feel like I am at full compression most of the time, but then I see a video and think , "dude, youre short changing yourself". I dont know,maybe Im just making excuses

I always saw to not let your lower back round at the bottom. I tuck my ass in there and come down until my butt just barely starts to come off the pad. I also have the seat back as low as it will go to increase the ROM

Yep. My butt was coming off the pad, and its non adjustable. They way I look at it, I wouldnt have got it that far a few months ago. Improvements are just that, improvements, and Ill take them. Now I will lower the weight down like everyone was saying, and get more reps, but I Had done a lot already on top of squats. I just wanted to see if I could accomplish the drop and back up.

Thats right!! I was on the phone with my bride when she asked me what I was eating for lunch, I simply stated" a chicken", she said "some chicken huh?"...."no babes, A CHICKEN" silence

Long answer - One reason that pro hormones are advised to be taken ~12 hours apart is because although these go through a 2-step conversion to test and 1-test, they still can significantly raise blood pressure. This is an area of concern when taking two pills at one time. I would recommend taking a tablet with breakfast and then, as the instructions suggest, a tablet 30 minutes before training. We know this about esthered compounds and food -

"All ester-based steroids and hormones should be taken with food. A study compared the absorption of esterified oral testosterone (undecanoate) and determined that those who took it with food had far higher levels than those who took it fasted."

I let him know to take with pb...that is what I have been doing.

The BP was my concern seeing that I was just released from being on meds for it. And thebigt did tell me about the PB when dosing, excellent way to sneak some in!!
 
I like the protein that high and those calories that low...good work.
 
That's what I was thinking. That kind of breakdown will definitely help you maintain muscle mass while you are trying to cut fat
 
Lots of good ways to cheat, hit me up when you need recipe ideas, I got D&D night later so I told my friends we should do DIY tacos so I can really regulate my intake...bring the food scale over and everything...lol

That is outstanding brother! I am still attempting to get my dedication levels up to par with you and Alpha. I cannot get my wife on board to join me on the Darkside. Plus sleeping in the middle of the day tends to mess everything up, at least in my head . I feel the need to put in as many calories as I can while I am on my night shift since I slept during what would normally be my lunchtime.

Im trying to fine tune it. Walmart has 2.6oz tuna "Gourmet Selects" on sale for $1, so ive been loading up on those. Its funny, the more I try with the diet, the better results I see, the more results I see the more I want to fix the diet.
 
Did you try my oats, protein, PB2 recipe yet? When you're bulking you can use real PB but that PB2 is low cal so you can get the taste without the extra density.

Ha! I do it all the time. For some reason the PB two is hard to find, so I can salvage it when I do have some but use non-strained low-fat plain Greek yogurt oats and protein.

You can order from Amazon or vitamin shoppe, I've registered my email with a site aggregator that looks for deals on fitness products, next time it's cheap I'll let you know.
