Noise cancelling? I hate hearing everyone else around me. I like to be the only person in the gym.
 
I switched to the plantronics Back Beat Go2. Great sound, just hate the little contraption they use to keep the ear piece in. All in all, maybe $80. The Bluejays or Bluebirds or something like that seem to be the ones everyone likes the most. About$100.
I got Jabra Sport Pulse, pretty cheap from Yugster, nice lil blue tooth headset and interchangeable ear clips.

Im gonna make you ill at me homie! I felt drained after my 3 hour nap, and STARVING when I woke up, somI downed 2 slices of cold pizza with my Halodrol. I feel shamed. Now Im trying to convince myself to go hit legs. HEEEEEEEESLLLLLP!

Be very careful what you tell lifted67. Apparently he thrives on "try this workout" and laughing at his cushy little desk while you struggle to even put your clothes on. And Im sure hes got a " do this!, itll help with evulsion fractures AND blah blah blahs" all
The while knowing that as you struggle to complete said lifting session, hes drawing pictures of what demonic routine hes gonna send to who next!!! Sorry, I went off on a tangent for a minute!

By all means lifted. If you have a routine for evolsion fractures send it over. I can't wait to try some of your other ridiculous routines. Here's what I'm looking for: my flexion and extension rom both sit at around 40degrees. I'd like to get that to 90. Also I have no feeling in my thumb and first three fingers. I'd like that back. There's your goals.

Umm, lol, I trust my Chiro for all injuries, he fixed my shoulder up tons after all the worthless Physical therapist just recommended surgery!

That is my favorite one so far!! And I know you do them, your pictures tell that story, just giving you a hard time, my back is pretty sore and Im not so used to it. Its great! Im going to hit the legs...RIGHT NOW!!!!

You are correct sir, I failed us. But if it makes it ANY better, the crust was off and I didnt even know it. I called my wife to say hi and told her I screwed up by eating it(it was leftovers from their supper) and she said she knew I would so she pulled the crust off. I didnt even know. More tired than I thought.

Don't lock out your knees either... If you blow them out I'm going to punch you in the dick for getting injured at the start of a cycle.

Wow, tough crowd. I was pretty damn stoked about it and now, not so much. I was coming down much deeper the first several sets, but I guess I did get slack. I just wanted to see if I could get it back up.

Started with squats

6 sets of leg extensions,3 toes nuetral, 3 toes inward
Goblet squats
55x10. 65x10. 75x8
Leg press. Dont know all the weights, just kept adding plates. I did halfway get 770lbs X2, but did not come completely down, so, in an effort to keep the respect of my brothers here, they will not count(anywhere but in my head). And what makes a nice leg day worth it? Getting in my truck, ready to eat, and getting a call from my father in law to help him unload a fridge from his truck and into his rental home. Nice.
