Dear all,
I need your suggestions.
I runned havoc several times (4 times) with very good results in the past years, but never more than 1 cycle per year (usually I started on May-June, to get in shape for summer). Of course, diet and exercise are always be tuned up.
This time, I want to go a bit further, and to do more cycles all the year round.
I just finished the PCT for my havoc summer cycle, and I will wait at least 2 - 2.5 months before starting the new cycle.
My first question is: is it useful in this break period to use something like clen (I already studied about it) to lose some fat for these 2 months, before running the new cycle?
Second and most important question is: is it wise to keep using havoc even for the 2nd and 3rd cycle in a row? EventuaIly, I could stack havoc even with tren and take ostarine in PCT.
For all these considerations, take in account my main goal is not to get as big as possible, but to have a nice "model" look.
So I am looking, troughout this year, to acquire some lean mass but mainly to lose as much fat as possible.
I'm 32, 72 inches tall and my weight is 183 lbs (I have a decent amount of muscle mass, but I am not sure about % BF: six pack is well visible, even though its lower part is a bit fatty; I could be around 16%).
