Dude hey , I seen an issue like that live .... Dude was goin for 300 ok he got 1 up then on the 2nd he got 3/4 to the bar. Instead of spotter helping him rack it he let the weight drop down to his chest me n my spotter had to grab the bar from each end and rack it ... felt bad lol but at the same it was awful to watch .

farmworks glyphosate...41%. I get 2.5 gals of concentrate for $40, 3oz per gallon water...put it in my 5 gallon backpack sprayer and off I go....one hell of a good investment!!!!

Hell yeah. Thats awesome it working out for you like that. If you guys ever need great fertilizer that actually does what it says and doesn't mess with your lawn, then buy Scott's Turf Builder & Weed and Feed. I did landscaping for 7 years, and this would make it to where I would have to mow every week or it would be too thick for our zero-turn and deck mowers. We'd have to use a damn weed whacker first lol.

the landscaping business is a gold mine...I just found out that every year they have a landscaping convention in vegas and I can write it off as a business expense......I guess I will have to force myself to attend!!!!

This is a concern of mine with the DMAA too. I built up a bit of a tolerance on my first tub by using it 5-6 times a week. 1 scoop was still way ahead of most pres, but 1.25 was what it took to really set me off.
 
Grab a lacrosse ball or tennis ball and cross your good leg over your bad leg face down and roll that lil bastard around on your quad.

That will work and feels owe so good. If a tear or 2 drops while you are doing it we wont give you a hard time about it. (its just a chemical reaction) lol

I develop a tolerance quick too. I found myself taking more to just get the hit again. Had to stop it to reset the body! Hahaha

Just measured biceps and forearms with wifey .

Bicep 17.25
Forearm 13.00

That's a 1.5 inch growth in 11 days for biceps and 1.25 growth for forearms.

10 sets of 10 is wat i aim for . I feel higher reps faster whipping motion helps grow ...
Last set is always negatives til failure.

Guessing iam macroeconomically sufficient enough for growth !

I echo both statements. I get winded doing foam rolling, more "tears" if it is the accupoint style (like a ball versus a roller).

And ART always brought me to tears. This little petite female chiro and d*mn could she bend me into a pretzel.
