instead of 1 tv, use 4 smaller ones so you can have multiple games on at the same time with a scroll ticker dead center
leather recliner with swivel mount
wet bar- with running water/sink
blender

You can get a pool table if you have enough room, and they have inserts that sit inside for things like ping pong and have another game like a beer pong table on the other side.

Had one at a college house I went too. Hella worth it

Also depending on size you could do corn hole down there.

Yeah man I was looking at some of those that they switch but some are wayyyyy too small I found one from Walmart that's the only 6 foot one available but looks good enough !Invalid Link Removed
 
It has a pool table , air hockey side , ping pong and a football field idk what that's for lol but it's dope
 
I'd get a nice pool table honestly, nothing like sipping a drink while playing a game with some friends as you watch sports.

You can actually buy inserts for the pool table, so they will fit right in the middle of it and flatten it out for things like ping pong. Also helps protect your table as well and if you throw a nice party then you just put a cover over it and you can use it as a food table or something

Don't buy junk like that. It's 6ft long but looks like it's only 2 ft wide.
 
Craigslist or garage sales are the best for pool tables. You can generally get one from somebody who's moving and doesn't have room for it anymore.
Save your money for the more important things, like handguns, powder and primers. ( see what I did there?)
