Best pre workout

I don't understand why everyone overpays for their "pre" workout. If you're looking for something that is going to even be worth your while for what you are paying for, you only need:
-betaine
-LCLT
-citrulline
-caffeine
-PA

All properly dosed. Buying in bulk and getting PA from soy lecithin, you are looking at a year's worth for $236. Throw in some zero calorie water flavoring for a year (assume it costs $75) that is $311 per year or $25.9 per month for ingredients that you know are going to be worthwhile (and assuming you take beta alanine and creatine mono already). While it may be on point with other pre's, especially when they go on sale, you know exactly how much you're getting.

I tend to agree to a point. I like your thought process because you know what you are getting dosages and stuff. I think sometimes people equate a good PWO because of the caffeine content/crack feel or that your receptors are tingling hard because of all the beta alanine which is what some of the PWO's are.

But on the opposite note, there are some great companies with full disclosure labels, properly dosed and give you a great overall sense of well being, ability to increase weight poundages, pump etc.

Yup, true, there definitely are. However, two things always end up happening:

1. there may be ingredients that are fully disclosed and up to par, but they tend to miss out on 1 or 2 ingredients that you are required to throw in yourself.
2. sometimes you'll end up pay $30 a month for a pre where ingredients are listed that you don't necessarily need/won't even feel the effects from because they're miniscule.

This could be applied to anything and everything you ever buy, use, own, rent etc

Why count another persons money essentially - And IMO the all of that is so minor I would say **** all of it but the caffeine.. I mean what are you really getting any drug is going to be massively stronger with far more pronounced immediate effects. And I personally add Ephedrine/Yohimbine or and 1,3 DMAA/AMP Cit and nootropics because that is what I want and like and find more important to me.

I want blends of stimulants, flavoring and maybe nootropics that other **** is so very minor I do not care if its in there and have used a massive amount of all of them ingredients over extended periods of time even the weakest anabolics are in a different universe but if someone else wants those things and want's to pay from whatever brand; I do not at all care it's their time and money.

Not currently buying it in bulk

I buy God of War RED which uses a hefty dose of AMP Cit, sadly with the recent further crack downs by the FDA this may all together disappear.

I am not sure if we will have samples packs of Vasomax or not Adizzle1 could tell us. I'm sure either way we could get you a sample though. I have gone mostly non stim as I have gotten older lol.

Inspired's DVST8 White Cut, PNI Prodigy, Nutrex Outlift, OL Conqu3r Unleashed, Assault Labs Wild Thing, Komodo Manik come to mind as SOLID pre's

Meso, Dust Extreme, God of Rage, C&P Cannibal Ferox AMPED are SOLID stimmed pre's

I haven't used Warpath but I have American Metabolix Havok in my rotation and it is pretty darn good. How many scoops of Warpath do you use?

This is definitely one way to go. I used to buy bulks and mix myself, but I've gotten lazy and it's so convenient to just have a pre-made product ready to go, with flavoring to boot. Thankfully, these days you have some really good, fully-dosed options, and being smart with sales makes them equally affordable.

Having tried the latest Conqu3r Unleashed with the updated J.Regia extract, I'll never be able to go back to just caffeine. Today's novel stimulants can have a dramatic, acute affect on how much weight I'm motivated to push.
 
Innovapharm makes great stuff. I've tried limitless, mesomorph, hemoshock, God of rage. All of them were very good, however I would rate the limitless and hemoshock a touch ahead of God of rage. Can't wait to try enraged extreme from innovpharm. I've also tried mesomorph and it was good but felt like God used to it quick. As of now I am off of 1,3 and using a $15 clearance tub of Ronnie Colemans YEAH BUDDY. It ain't bad but nowhere near the list mentioned above. Does everyone here cycle off and on of 1,3? I made the mistake of going 2 months straight...lol.
 
Dang, only seen C&P Cannibal Ferox mentioned once.

I don't use pre's often but for those max effort days I need a pick me up to get psyched, nothing has done me better than Cannibal Ferox. I love it.

Yeah results have varied among people. Considering I don't take stims often, when I pull the bottle out, I can always expect a similar workout everytime I take it. It definitely helps me out during a competition to add a few more lbs on my deadlift. I believe if you email them, they'll send a sample your way. It's definitely one I recommend trying.
 
I'm liking innovapharms stuff and gpl. Once I'm finished my so-so bottle of yeah buddy I'll be back on 1,3 again to cycle on

Yeah prop blends are tough however...anything we buy (imo) we put our trust into the company that it's quality. When I go to my usual local store they all say they have a great relationship with the innovapharm's reps so that i trust that. If I have any questions about the product I email or make a phone call if possible.

I find it kind of sad that companies have to use a prop blend to hide their formula so other companies won't steal their stuff. In a way...everything is pretty much the same and no matter what supps a-z you take, if you don't train hard, eat right and get proper rest, it ain't gonna work.
 
Momentum Nutrition's Catalyst is my secret weapon. I have taken literally over 50 PWO. I am on my 5th tub of Catalyst. It gives me incredible focus and explosive power without just masking stuff behind stims and prop blends, which I HATE.

Yea those guys are good. I was skeptical at first since they were brand new but they seem to know what they are doing. Also they are easy to talk to. I spoke to one of the owners once on fb and he was cool as hell. I love the no nonsense mission they are on to change the way **** is in this industry.

Oh I know. I just meant I took the leap of faith when they only had a PWO available. Something like 2-3 years ago. THey have been my secret weapon. I would say about 90% of guys at my gym are hooked now.

not a bad profile, but the caff is a bit high for me, but for those who need it, looks pretty good and has great reviews as well

I have gone mostly stim free myself. I am really excited for VasoMax. As soon as we started kicking formula ideas around, I was anxious to try it. Should have my hands on a tub shortly.

I like that it will stack with HyperMax XT or PowerMax XT, however it is plenty potent enough by its self in the pump department. I love these 1 scoop products!!!
 
Does anyone else feel like nitraflex is an extremely under rated pwo? Have yet to buy a tub, but Ive had a couple samples and they've honestly been great. Taste is awesome too, only tried the blue raspberry.

HyperMax XT is in that discussion. Highest rated non dmma preworkout on Price Plow. It's a 1 scoop product as well, no need to play with dosage. I'm like a half scooper myself lol. I can't hang with the stim lovers, I must be getting too old lol.

Good choice, meso is a solid PWO, and so is Riot by Chaos and Pain and most powerful i have tried and one that gives slightly more of and edge over meso is Dust Extreme by Black Stone.

I need to have a break from DMAA, i have been using Hydroxyelite for past 6 weeks and it has reduced the effectiveness of these DMAA pre workouts so i do not get as much of the boost as usual.
 
I'm loving metabolic's esp/psp green apple, is delicious.

Not gone over two small scoops of the esp though, stuff is pretty strong.
 
With Meso i rank flavour the following:

1. Pineapple
2. Rocket Pop
3. Pink Lemonade
4. Grape
5. Tutti Frutti

How is watermelon and the Punch versions, also how does the new DMAA based Superpump 250 compare and how does it taste.
