Hey gang,

I know what you're all thinking, who the fawk is this guy?! Well I had some internet issues two weeks ago and then last week was vacation so I was out and about alot. All rumors of my demise were greatly exaggerated. I'm back now and thanks to GQNemesis I'm going to run some SNS Growth Factor up until I start my Bulk cycle.

Always been interested in Growth Hormone supplements as I like to stay lean and I hear they're great for that. Last night I took 5 pills as instructed by the bottle. Woke up a bit groggy, probably because it's the first time I've set an alarm in 9 days. FML!

I'll have to try to get some measurements in but I'm assuming right now I'm no heavier than 185 and body fat around 13%. Committed carb genocide on vacation so now I need to reign that in to cut body fat before bulking with OL Trest, Spartan Mass and Spartan Cerberus.

Still running a 6 day workout routine with 5-6 days of cardio tagged onto end of workout.

Also, I'm still repping with BPS so hit me up with any questions on your BPS needs.

I'm thinking of running Androcrine with my cycle and into PCT as well. I ran bottle on the DL during its initial release and loved the feels I got from it.

In other news soccer starts back up tonight so excited for that even though my foot Neuroma isn't 100% yet I'm playing! After a two year hiatus hockey will start back up for me in September so excited about that too.

Day 2 of using the Growth Factor, haven't been able to get a good night's sleep yet which sucks cause I want to get the most out of this product.

Why can't I sleep you ask? Well I'll tell you, my female pit bull decided to have all the cheese off a large pizza that we put on the counter while I took my male pit bull outside before dinner. Overnight she DESTROYED my kid's room, my wife found the mess. Poop and puke everywhere. We just ****ing gave up cleaning it and tore the whole carpet out.

So last night, we gave her Pepto and still had to wake up like every 2 hours to take her outside to avoid a repeat of that fecal abortion.

I'm bushed.

Yesterday evening though I really put myself through the ringer. Heavy chest day followed by soccer. Both our main goalie and alternate couldn't make the game so I had to step in net. It sucked. I've never played goalie. Lol

Gym today is dead lifts and hamstring isolation then hopefully get early to bed and see if the Growth Factor can work on my body composition. Energy wise I have enough gas in the tank to get though 2 daily workouts (and soccer last night) I just know that for the Growth Factor to really do its thing I should be getting deep, restful sleep.

I'll keep at it though and I'll be sure to post how I'm feeling.

Calories for the day were right around 1600.

Dosage has been 5 capsules pre bedtime. That's how I plan to run it full cycle.

So finally got some decent sleep, last night pre bedtime was 5 Growth Factor + 3 melatonin.

Last night's workout was delt destruction.

Seated Behind the neck OHP
Bar WU 12
135x12x2, 135x10x2

Lateral raises 30ehx12x2 25ehx12x2

Iso HS shoulder press
180x12, 180x10, 170x12x2

Seated lateral raise/seated bent over raises super sets
20EH handx12x4

High face pulls 50x12, 57x12x2
Regular face pulls 80x12x2, 75x12

Rear delt fly machine 130x12x2, 135x12

Underhand front raises 30ehx12, 25ehx12x2, 20ehx12

Dumbbell wide upright row
30x12x3

Stepmill medium setting 30mins

Feeling decent, probably doing way to much caffeine during the day but I've also been busy as hell outside the gym...

Here is an action shot by the wife. Really hate how my front delt overpowers my rear and medial delt so much...someday I'll have shoulders so big you can't see my acromion poking out.

Looking beastmode brother! Nice roundness in the shoulders and looking lean.

I have no room to say anything either positive or negative, especially about form or muscle appearance. But, I can however say this, the fact that you have identified a problem, and are making the attempt at correcting it shows a great deal of maturity, knowledge and....badassery. My $.02

Insomnia strikes again, I may switch Growth Factor from 5 pre bedtime to 3 and then 2 pills 12 hours later. The only thing I can think of is maybe it's reacting with my medication but wtf?! It should definitely not be making me sleep less!

Working on 2 hours sleep. It's awful. Last night's workout was a doozy on legs. Did a 5x5 scheme on back squats starting at 225 and ending at 275, left hamstring may have strained a bit but form was good.

Followed up leg extensions, 50ELx12, 55ELx12, 60ELx10, 65ELx10, 70ELx10.

High sled leg press
510x12, 560x12x3.

In regards to last update's huge ass comment here is proof... Lol also included a quad shot since I'm starting to see new middle definition where there wasn't any before.

Switched dosage to 3 Growth Factor pills before bed and I think my other meds must have liked that dosing cause I slept like the dead.

Yesterday was arms, more of a pump session than anything so I didn't really track my numbers.

Just over 2 weeks to go before I start final cycle (hopefully lol) bulk and new log, so I'll be lurking around until that starts. Thanks for sticking with me guys!
