RECOVERY TIPS

I like to do static stretching for 5-10mins after my training. I on occasion foam roll/ roll with a baseball.

What do you all do to stay mobile and recover in time for the next training day?

Thanks

Epsom salt baths are amazing for recovery.
Try soak for 30 min in at least 3 cups w/water as hot as you can handle.

Just read it and love it! Thanks man good find and read!

No biggie man....i had to start doing this after a car wreak i had a 6 years ago started to show its ugly head this year after i got above a 500# DL.....

I also use Tiger Balm when my lower back feels tight before i lift....

+1 on the epsom salt baths also

Anyone ever try cold showers?

Yes, when I get turned down for a quiet, romantic, candlelit deadlift session.

In all seriousness though, google "Kelly Starrett" band recovery or IT work, or shoulder etc. etc. he has some pretty good stuff and a few followers.

I'll have to read up on that. Candlelit deadlifts? Hmm sounds interesting only if Barry white is playing in the background.
