I'm not going to lie I've been dosing 4 caps and thinking about bumping it up to 6 I just cannot do 3 caps I just can't do it .... from personal experience I know that would do almost nothing to me that is me only me it may help the new guys but I feel Andro shines for me around the 750 mark.

I been getting hot a bit after dosing ... i know this is going to be a great return of the mac stack!

Its a buddy from local fd . He got a suit . Ill have to get more details. I have used HAZMAT 4 before is it like that ?

No. Hazmat suits are no more than a heavy duty sauna suit. The turnout gear is heavy duty, but fairly breathable. It will retain sweat like no tomorrow though. If he can hook you up, Id take that ish! I will recommend you hydrate more than ever if you start working out in it.

Thanks I thought about doing leg day and morning cardio in it . Indoors of course

Cardio would be great, but I dont think the leg day would work out to well. It kinda bunches up in the bend areas, like behind the knees and elbows, and it would probably restrict your ROM. But thats if all 3 layers are still in it.
