What to take when to take etc etc

Hi guys so I was pretty damn click happy ordering supps online the other week
I'm currently focused on dropping body fat from 19% to 10% over the next 10-12 weeks.

Might consider not taking any fat burner wise till I have a lower body fat %.

But would like to get opinions on how to utilise the below best for fast loss and muscle maintenance.

I know how (well I think I know how) to stack during a lean bulk.

This is what I have
2x Tr1umph
2x Alphamax xt
2x Anabeta elite
Test1fy
2x anafuse
2x alpha lean 7
2x erase pro
Shift
 
Wow, that's quite the list. Some really good choices, a few have a lot of overlapping ingredients though.

What from the list have you ran before, if any?
 
I've only run a few weeks worth of alpha lean 7 but recently stopped only to see what I can lose from diet and weights alone before using that again and cardio..
I just worried about muscle lotsw
 
I'm jealous of your stash bro. In order to give you some recommendations, we need a little more info:

Going from 19 to 10% in 3 months or less is a pretty aggressive goal, but potentially doable depending on your size.

1. What is your age, height, weight, and TDEE?
2. What kind of kcal deficits have you typically run while cutting in the past? (e.g. -250kcal, -500kcal, etc)
3. What, if any, supplements are you currently taking?
4. What, if any, supplements have you recently finished taking, specifically within the last few weeks, (aside from alpha lean 7)?
 
I agree with Lynks8. Getting to 10% body fat in that amount of time, even with great training, nutrition, and supplementation, is very aggressive.

If you haven't used any of these products before, I would suggest running them solo too see which ones have the best impact and greatest effect. Ultimately diet and training will dictate your progress. I would start with 8 weeks of either ABE or Alphamax XT. You could also begin with Test1fy. These products will all help maintain strength and performance in the gym while dieting.

After 8 weeks of a natural anabolic product, you'll need a 4 week break. So following that I would probably stack Tr1umph, anafuse, and shift. From there I'd see where you're at with your goals.

The amount of products you have here is overwhelming haha. I would probably only use 2-3 of these products over the next 10 weeks of cutting, and I wouldn't set such an aggressive goal for a 10 week cut. 19% isn't incredibly high, but it'll take a solid amount of time to properly diet down to 10% body fat. I think a more realistic time frame would be 16-20 weeks. If you're new to these products I wouldn't go stacking too many of them together - you'll never know what actually delivered the results. All great products from good companies, but keep in mind that the biggest determining factor in your success on an extreme cut will be your diet
 
If you can handle the forskolin I would personally do alphamax and shift together. I've done that. Was kinda bathroom frequent at times but I used it in the initial stages of my cut. I would stack those two with eca and run a keto diet.
 
To be honest, unless you do some drastic dieting, 19 to 10% will not be realistic, but I'd suggest Alphamax XT or Erase Pro + Shift. No idea what Alpha Lean is, but if that's a typical fat burner, you might wanna add that in if your deadline is 12 weeks.

Yea I was going to say add in erase also.
 
The problem is AlphaMax XT + Erase Pro might be too much AI for him. I'd think that's a lot of DHAA.

Wow so that why I didn't originally put it lol overkill. I misunderstood your post. In my head I figure he would do shift and alphamax or shift and erase if the forskolin was too much
 
I would not run the Erase Pro with Alphamax XT either.

Alphamax XT with ABE or shift would be good.

Test1fy with the Erase pro

I like John's idea of using Tr1umph and Anafuse during the break from the Alphamax, ABE, or Test1fy.

So many products, so little time, and so much overlap makes it hard.

I would agree. I wouldn't run Alphamax XT with Erase Pro for that exact reason. I think you really need to expand your timeframe for this cut and really focus on 1-2 products at a time. Since they're all great products, stacking them and taking multiple products at once won't necessarily speed your results. I like EMPIREMIND 's idea of using Alphamax XT and Shift if you can tolerate higher amounts of forskolin. Just be sure you're taking each dose with a meal to prevent any stomach pain and GI issues that can come with higher doses of forskolin.

This^ with these type of products and in order to have lasting results I would extend your time frame and try each product. The all can help with a solid diet and training. Truthfully most of your fat loss will be diet related.
 
Thanks everybody for the replies. Ive never taken any of them other than alpha lean 7 for a few weeks
I actually decided to start with Alphamax xt last night and will look at adding shift in to. I like that idea and run that for a few weeks

Tr1umph, anafuse, and shift don't have much overlap with Alphamax XT, so you could start that stack following an 8 week Alphamax XT cycle. It probably wouldn't be a bad idea to give yourself a few weeks of a break, but the main reason that it's suggested to take a 4 week break following an Alphamax XT or ABE cycle is because of the test boosting and AI ingredients. A break will allow your body to return fully to its normal balance and it will ensure that you don't develop a tolerance for the ingredients in the profile.

I don't see any issues with starting up Tr1umph and anafuse following 8 weeks of Alphamax - they're completely different products with different interactions in the body
